Clean - and comfortable. Stayed for a week for work so didn’t spend a lot of time on property. But it’s close to interstate and was clean and comfortable
Although in a great location and clean, it was lacking simple things such as a towel rack in bathroom and the kitchen is terribly under supplied. Great air conditioning and liked having the washer/dryer.
Very quiet, and a good bed. However the parking was very difficult, practically closed in by neighbors cars in street. The kitchen is nice but limited utensils. Rather rough neighborhood.
The house is very cute and exactly what I was expecting. I needed help from the property manager when I arrived. He responded quickly and took care of everything.
The location and the place was just fine. The only drawback was the roosters next door. Both my wife and I are early risers but if you like to sleep in or you are a light sleeper you may not like this location.
The house was clean, well decorated and exactly as pictured. The host was very quick to respond with a couple questions we had.
We did hear a train and it's associated horn blasting during the early morning hours, but happily it wasn't more than a couple times a night. Next door is a rooster.
We would consider staying there again if in the area.
Sweet house, clean, comfortable. A few more kitchen supplies would go a long way to 5 stars. We like having a kitchen to do our own cooking but there was not even a casserole/baking dish or a paring knife. Not even 4 dinner plates for a house that sleeps 4. A few complimentary Keurig pods would have been nice. Apart from poorly supplied kitchen our visit was great.
Cons: lots of 4 legged land mines in the front and backyard due to neighbors who apparently don’t pick up after their dogs) so recommend not walking around on the grass. Bedroom window near front entrance does not lock shut. PROS: Host is very responsive (responds within minutes of message). Interior was tidy, beds (full size and maybe a queen?) were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, occasionally a train but wasn’t obnoxious. Someone previously said something to the effect of “this property is in a bad part of town”. I’d respectfully say that’s an ignorant statement…homes are older in this neighborhood, but it’s good ol hard working blue collared families. The neighborhood is quiet and quite safe (I’ve been in plenty of bad neighborhoods and this absolutely is NOT one of them). Good shower pressure, water temp, and ac/heater work well.Overall good stay. Host (Blake) is friendly and super responsive. Easy check in/check out procedures, and easy access to freeways and surrounding Lenoir city/knoxville area.
