Great 3 Bed Beach House 1 Mile from East Matunuck State Beach!

This 3 bed Beach House near East Matunuck beach is available for some June and August weeks only. (Sorry, no July availability.) Walk to the Matunuck Oyster Bar, bike to the beach or hang out on the deck and in the large yard, under the huge shade tree with friends and family. This home is fully furnished including all utensils, bed linens and TV with streaming services available. Newer kitchen, dish washer, washer and dryer in kitchen! Central air but you likely won't need it with ocean breezes at night. Just bring your clothes and groceries and you will be all set to relax and have fun. Sleeps 5 w/ 2 queen and one twin bed. Trash pickup and lawn/yard care are included in the rent. Hot spot on-site for wifi connection. Text or email only, please. We'll get back to you ASAP.
