Comfortable stay and I appreciated being able to do one night. Very conveniently located in winter park next to shopping and dining. It’s an older unit but was clean and had what we needed.

Great location! Walkable to everything you need. A couple of snafus with the furniture and lighting. Reported issues so they could be fixed before next guest. Host seemed appreciative of receiving the report and apologized for the issue.

Tim is a terrific host. Highly responsive and most welcoming to his condo, along with providing lots of information about the Winter Park area prior to arrival. In the condo, he also provides you great information sheets on hikes, drives and events in the Grand County region.

You can't beat the location as you are walking distance to everything, including 2 breweries. The accommodations were very accurate and the communication was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.
