Visiting from California for a family wedding. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay . Location is great. The house is awesome. Kids loved. We will definitely come back to this house when we plan to visit New Mexico again. . I definitely recommend this house for anybody planning to come and visit Albuquerque.

The house was just what we needed! There are many little places in the house to hang out. We especially loved the family room and kitchen. We all remarked on how peaceful and comfortable it was. We also enjoyed sitting on the patio. We would definitely come again.

The property was very clean and well stocked for my trip. Lots of helpful information about the property around. The beds and couches were super comfy, love there was a reverse osmosis water tank in the kitchen. My only complaint is that the dining chair in the living space might need replacements, they were quite uncomfortable and felt like part of the back was broken. We decided to use the kitchen dining chairs at the larger table during our stay

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood near a park for kids and animals to play. Close to shopping and some special events. I rented to be close to the Dr.s office for my appointment. Host is very friendly and responsive and truly made us feel at home.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We came to Albuquerque for a wedding. Stayed at the VRBO with my family, which includes an active two-year-old, and my parents who brought their mini-chihuahua. The location was incredibly safe and was perfectly situated near great restaurants, fun activities, and a beautiful park—everything we needed was just minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and adorned with trees transitioning to fall. The home itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, complete with cookware and amenities that many rentals tend to overlook. For example, the property made coffee and creamer available and we had cooking oil to make our toddler her morning eggs. It made our stay feel comfortable and stress‑free.The layout of the house was also family-friendly. The bedrooms upstairs allowed the toddler to sleep undisturbed while we socialized downstairs. We were also grateful that the host included some children's books that were new and exciting to our toddler. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, responsive, and helpful from start to finish.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and welcoming place to stay.

Nice older home in quiet NE heights neighborhood with peaceful backyard. Great little shaded park with playground a block from home. Kitchen is well stocked with eating and cooking utensils. Host is very responsive. There are a variety of local and chain restaurants in the vicinity. Close the freeway access. Takes only 20 minutes to get to the Zoo, Biopark, Explora Museum, Museum of Natural History, and Old Town. 10 minute drive to Sandia Peak Tram.

The host was great - we locked ourselves out and they had a quick solution! We were in town visiting family- the neighborhood park was perfect! We really felt SAFE in this neighborhood- even walked to Chilis for dinner! The house was cozy yet had plenty of space. The kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal and the backyard patio was perfect for grilling. We would definitely book this home again!
