About this property

I purchased my Classic Coastal Condo (CC) in 2023! While it is a newer property, all of my guests have left 5-star reviews and I hope you will visit next!

Enjoy the ocean views from the balcony while sipping on your favorite drink or bike into town and explore Hilton Head Island!

The CC condo unit 157 is located within SeaSide Villas, a private, gated oceanfront community with direct access to the beach. After many visits to Hilton Head Island, it is important to me that all of my guests are provided everything they could need for a beach day including a wagon, chairs, towels, a small cooler, a sun umbrella, and sand toys. If you are staying during the colder months, there are games, popcorn, and smart TVs for your entertainment.

The kitchen includes a drip coffee pot and Keurig, a toaster, and a blender. There are plates, utensils, coffee mugs, glasses, and wine glasses. The kitchen is fully stocked with bar stools and a hightop table. If you prefer to go out and explore HHI for dinner, you are in close proximity to restaurants and shops in Coligny Beach Park. A grocery store, the Tiki Bar, and Jim’s Pool Bar are also within walking distance.

The queen-size sleeper sofa is brand new with a comfortable gel mattress. There are flat-screen Smart TVs located in the bedroom and living room. There is a tower fan, along with ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. The balcony has a high-top table and four chairs for a great ocean view!

There are two onsite community pool areas (open Apr. 1-Sept. 30), a grilling area, limited covered parking but an ample size parking lot, and bike racks. Elevators are located in the building and coin-operated laundry rooms are found on each floor.

Although I love my grandpets, unfortunately, no pets are permitted at SeaSide Villas. The condo association charges a $500/day fine if a pet is onsite. That fine will be assessed to the renter if a pet is found onsite.

Wonderful Condo

This condo is super clean and has everything you need. Even a wagon, chairs, towels, umbrella. You can see the ocean from the balcony. I loved how super quiet the unit is and the complex overall. Communication with the owner was excellent. I highly recommend for 1 or 2 people.

Hilton Head Paradise

This was our first time to HH and though it was a quick visit, it was remarkable! The condo is a short walk to Coligny Plaza, but literally steps away from the beach!! The unit was quiet and clean and very homey. Thank you for sharing your place with us. :)

Great time

While I'm based in Raleigh, I purchased my condo in April of 2023 after many visits to Hilton Head. I fell in love with the location within Seaside Villas and within walking distance of Coligny Park. I love sharing my favorite escape with my guests.

I chose this neighborhood for the cozy nature of the community and the oceanfront complex.

What makes this property unique

My condo is an escape for me and I want it to be an escape for my guests as well! My goal is to include the small things that are essential to my visits for them. I want every guest to feel at home. I try to include the things that add a personal touch—for example, popcorn, spices, a beach wagon, chairs and towels. I also have bikes and helmets for anyone looking to explore the Island.
