Excellent stay at the Captains Quarters at Waldo Emerson Inn. Ron was great to work with - the two bedroom unit was exactly as advertised and well worth the money.
This property was wonderful! Slightly removed from the downtown area so it was nice and quiet, but easily accessible to restaurants and shops. The hosts were very accommodating, providing us with anything we were missing. They also arranged for us to check in early so our two little kids could get an afternoon nap, which we greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay again - thank you!
The upstairs apartment in the carriage house was exactly as described. It was clean, homey, and the perfect spot for our weekend away. The outside was also beautiful and well kept. We would absolutely stay again!

Thank you for the kind words. We are so glad you enjoyed!
Enjoyed our time with Amelia - awesome host and wonderful chef! Thanks to Michael for the warm welcome and for providing us with information about the Kennebunk area. Highly recommend getting tickets to the Ogunquit Playhouse if it's in season!
Ron and Amelia were very gracious hosts and maintain their property very well. Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. And breakfast was yummy.

Thank you for staying with us!! You are the perfect guests!!!
This was my husband and my first time to Maine and did not know what to expect. This was the perfect location for us to day trips to nearby sites. The hosts had beach passes for us to use which was amazing as it is quite expensive to park for any amount of time. There were bikes to use if we wanted, a fire pit complete with s'mores, a very accommodating hosts.

We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay!! It was a pleasure to meet you and chat. Especially glad you enjoyed our state of Maine!! Hopefully we will see you again soon!
We were in town for a wedding and my wife and I stayed in the upstairs of the cottage house with another couple. There was plenty of room, the apartment was clean, and the owners could not have been more helpful. If we get the chance to get back to Kennebunkport we will definitely be staying here again!!! Thank you Ron and Amelia!!!

So glad you enjoyed! It was great to meet you, and we appreciate you choosing us!
My sister and I live far apart and chose this for our annual reunion. The bedrooms, bathroom, and common spaces are comfortably furnished and have all modern conveniences. Because it's part of (but detached from) a historic inn, the grounds are lovely and you have privacy but aren't isolated. All the attractions of Kennebunk and the coast are nearby, but it is not in the heart of tourist country. There is good coffee for the making. Our only suggestion would be to provide a few kitchen staples (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar) and add tea and maybe hot chocolate mix to the selection of hot beverages.
