A 2023 built cabin just a few minutes from downtown with everything you need! 2 standard bedrooms - a king room, and queen room with some twin bunks in a common room downstairs. Enjoy some peace and quiet with your favorite hot cup or glass of something on the back deck or relax in the hot tub while you take in the sunset!

King Bedroom: Master bedroom King Bed, flat screen SmartTV for streaming, and a connected bathroom with single vanity.

Queen bedroom: Queen bedroom with SmartTV for streaming, and a connected bathroom with single vanity.

The dining area has a table with chairs that will seat 4.

Washer and dryer downstairs in the common room.

The living room has a 50" flat screen SmartTV.

A door code will be provided 48 hours ahead of your arrival and you will have the whole property to yourself!

Pets: 2 pet maximum. If there is furniture damage or excessive pet hair, there may be additional cleaning costs added.

This is a pet friendly property. While our cleaning team does an excellent job, pets shed and pet hair can be difficult to clear away 100%. All linens are fresh for each stay but you may encounter pet hair. If that turns you off, this property may not be the best fit for you. I would recommend continuing your search! Otherwise, we'd love to have you! :)

Reminder of our CANCELLATION POLICY:
We stick to our cancellation policy for every booking. Including for weather related or power outage issues. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance when booking. When you make a reservation, it blocks our calendar off so we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure we can continue to operate the property profitably and provide a great experience for all guests. Last minute requests to change your dates for a later date are treated the same as cancellations. If you ask us to cancel or change your dates, we will point you to this on our listing description as well as the reminders to purchase travel insurance that we send prior to your stay.

Please note that check-outs are not permitted on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. While the calendar may allow you to book a check-out on these dates, you will be required to adjust your stay accordingly. In such cases, it will be your responsibility to cancel any affected reservations.

Also, please note: we are not responsible for any storms, natural disasters, weather-related events, or utility outages that may impact your stay. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the on-line agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.

Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the on-line itinerary. No more than 6 persons are allowed in the cabin at any time (not including infants).

Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code- enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 9:00a.m. If you plan to party, this property may not be for you.

All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the cabin including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted.

Only use appliances for their intended uses.

Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s) directly in front of the property parked in a parallel manner. Any illegally parked cars may be subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Pets: Up to 2 pets are permitted. Pets must be crated if left in the home unsupervised. Guests will be held responsible for furniture and/or property damage. Guests must pick up pet waste and dispose of it appropriately. Excessive pet hair or animal waste found in the property may result in additional cleaning costs as they are incurred by the cleaning personnel.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Check Out is at 10am. Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper quickly prepare for the next guest. Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle. Please remove and dispose of all items in the refrigerator. Remove the sheets from all beds and place sheets and towels on the floor (not in the bathtub) of the bathrooms.

Please lock all doors and all windows upon departure

Garbage: If garbage needs to be taken out of the property during your stay, please take bagged garbage down to the community dumpsters located down the hill to the left from the cabin.

Hot Tub: [No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tubs at any time] [without adult supervision]. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. [DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement.] No food, drink, bubble bath, or bath bombs are permitted in the hot tub.
Repair costs will be passed on to you. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm.

Fireplace: The fireplace is an electric faux fire place with a heater option. Do not leave on for more than 2 hours at a time.

Water and Septic: The cabin is on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.

Damages: Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc, are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately.

Failure to comply with the above rules will result in non-return of security deposit and possible additional charges. Booking through VRBO assigns your consent to all listed under "House Rules".
