This guest didn’t have a bad experience in my STR. On the day of check in. His wife called and made up excuses not to check in. She stated that their niece was going out of town and they were going to stay at their home, instead of my STR so, they never arrived or stayed at our location. They expected to get a full refund but verbo declined their refund, because they cancelled the same day with no notice. Please read my other reviews.

Cute and Suprising 3rd Story Apartment

Host was great! Very communicative and had a cute welcome basket with snacks and some bath goodies waiting for us when we arrived. The host even brought a crib and a little basket of toys for our baby.Check in process was easy even at 3am. Location is exactly as described. Walking distance to the Greene and the Rec center that has a water park.Everything is exactly as pictured in the listing.Areas to improve would be less air fresheners, it seemed like there was a different one in every room. And make it very clear that this is a 3rd story apartment with no elevators. I wasn’t aware that this was a 3rd story apartment until the check in details were sent. Thankfully this wasn’t a problem for us and I liked the privacy of the 3rd floor.Overall the location is unbeatable, it’s a quiet building and the host was great, just keep in mind it’s 3rd story with no elevators.

Our stay was amazing. Place was very nice clean and well kept. Pictures do not do it justice. Latrice the host is extremely nice easy to work with and very communitive. Within walking distance of a "outdoor mall" with plenty of restaurants and things to do. Also within 10 to 20 minutes of very popular Dayton attractions.100% with out a doubt would recommend and definitely would stay again.
