Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our villa is spacious and modern and is design to meet all your needs, with comfortable beds, a queen size pullout couch bed,a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, flat screen TV in both bedrooms and living room. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The villa sits just steps away from a beautiful quiet and beautiful beach, equipped with lounge chairs, umbrella, grill and beach toys for your enjoyment. If you require 2 units, let us know. We have another on property.
Outdoor patio grill, also option to grill on the beach. Portable chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie and body boards for both kids and adults, snorkeling gear, kayaks, kids' life vest, and beach floats are all available for guests during their stay. Guest access Airport is 5 minutes away. Other things to note Internet available, fully equipped kitchen. Grocery pre-stock, Private Chef, babysitting, play pen are available upon request. Assistance with booking activities, tours etc. are complimentary.

The maisonette is beautiful and just a stones throw from an amazing beach. The pictures really don’t do the place justice. The decor is very chic and yet comfortable and it’s positioned perfectly to access all the best spots on the island. And last but definitely not least the hosts are beautiful people and made us feel so welcomed to Exuma. Can’t recommend a stay here enough.

Exuma bliss on Jolly Hill Beach

Villa 2 on Jolly hill beach was such a charming place. It had all the amenities needed and a kitchen with all the spices you would need to cook. Paddle boards , kayaks Ann a sitting area down by the beach. Great place for 2 couples we would definitely recommend staying there. Great communication when we arrived and before we left for the trip

Wonderful stay

The property is modern and fully equipped. The hosts are very friendly and attentive at all times. They brought us more games and surfboards for the children, always very nice. Without a doubt 100% recommendation

Family stay

We loved everything about our stay. Agnes with family are wonderful hosts who help you with all you need. She did pre-arrival shopping for us and arranged a private chef for a wonderful dinner by the beach one evening. The house is very clean and fresh, feels completely newly renovated and has all the equipment you need. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Located just steps away from a long beautiful beach with sunchairs and kayaks, snorkelling equipment etc. We would love to come back. Thank you Agnes with family.
