This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom that sleeps 6. Located in the centrally location and family-friendly complex of Parkside Place.

Parkside Place is located in the heart of Osage Beach, Missouri overlooking the Grand Glaize Bridge and situated at the 1-mile marker on the Grand Glaize Arm of Lake of the Ozarks. Closely following the shoreline, each condominium unit was designed to permit a panoramic lake view.

The complex amenities include a lakeside swimming pool and covered boat docks for fishing. Parkside Place is only a few minutes from all the basic necessities and attractions in Osage Beach, including a factory outlet mall, fine and casual dining-on or off the water, nightly entertainment, as well as a wide variety of water sports.


This is a bottom floor unit that overlooks the pool. About 20 steps total from the parking lot. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It is sufficiently furnished with comfortable trendy furniture to relax and unwind.

Walk through the french doors into the master bedroom. It has a queen-size bed and a sliding glass door that leads to the water view balcony. There is an attached private bathroom.

Our Second bedroom features a queen size bed and shares the common shared bath.

Living area includes a sofa bed that sleeps 2 guests, flat screen tv, cable/Roku, glass doors that lead to the patio, which gives views of the main channel.

Our kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. So, sit back on the patio and enjoy your meal with a view!

By water or by land this unit is conveniently located. Walmart and Dierbergs are closely located for groceries and drinks. If you need a night off from cooking, it is located a quick boat ride or car ride to many great waterfront restaurants, such as Redhead Yacht Club, Dog Days, Backwater Jacks, and for breakfast you must try The Cozy Café or Wacky Knacky. The Outlet mall, putt putt golf, and go carting can be found only a few miles away.

To make your stay more enjoyable we give you the convenience of traveling light. We supply linens, bath towels, 2 paper towel rolls, 10 garbage bags, 4 rolls of toilet paper, and soaps (such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent). We also have a full-size washer and dryer for your extended stays.
No boat launch or trailer parking at this location– State Park (PB#2) is within 3 miles of this condo. You can launch your boat and store your trailer there during your stay.
