You are located within walking distance of local restaurants and taverns, one mile from a brewery, three miles from the Channel Islands Harbor Farmers Market, Hollywood Beach, and Oxnard Shores. Must-visit cities nearby include Ventura (11 miles), Ojai (26 miles), Santa Barbara (38 miles), Solvang (71 miles), and Santa Ynez (68 miles).

This coastal gem enjoys a private enclosed back patio with a comfy seating area and a gas grill and a pizza oven for summertime cookouts. There is a second patio with a nice dining area and plenty of inviting seating options.

Upon entering, you will find a vibrant interior with an open floor plan. The inviting living area is the perfect spot to gather with your loved ones and stream your favorite series and movies on the smart TV. If you are in a competitive mood, break out any of the many provided games and puzzles. The well-equipped kitchen is a chef's playground! It's equipped with stainless steel appliances and a gorgeous stove from Italy that will make cooking a breeze. A Keurig coffee maker will please all coffee enthusiasts in your group. The primary bedroom enjoys an en suite bathroom with a washer/dryer. There is a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower and an exquisite separate soaking tub.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
