Las Verandas is a smaller, quiet, gated complex located just off Padre Blvd with only 21 condos, providing an exclusive feel. When you leave the quiet of this gated complex, you are still only about 1 block from the beach!
Decorated in a contemporary style with just the right splash of beach, this condo features impressive original artwork throughout. With plenty of sleeping accommodations and a huge round glass dining table, this condo is perfect for families. For larger groups, this condo has a sister condo on the second floor, which when combined, can accommodate up to 16 guests.
The walk to the beach is only a block and does not require that you cross any major streets. You will also be staying within convenient access to all of the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, so you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen. A washer/dryer and 2 reserved parking spaces within the gated complex add convenience.
