Our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely place! It was so quiet and peaceful, situated in beautiful surroundings! There were lots of beds to accommodate our large group! Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and tidy. If we are ever back in the area, we would love to stay again!
Enjoyed the stay, great accomodations. (You may want to spray for wasps behind shutter near gas grill. We had no issue with the bees but avoided them due to having a person allergic to bees with us. Also, door handle to deck door is loose and did come off. Just needs tightened with Allen wrench)

Thanks for the feedback, we will address those issues!
The house was great with plenty of beds. We were there for the Ironman in Geneva. It was a quick ride to town. Surprisingly there were no TVs. Very comfortable and I recommend a stay here.

Thank you for staying. Yes, theres no tv, as is clarified in the description. Hope you had an amazing race!
This site was booked for viewing of the total solar eclipse. And while the weather did not cooperate, the site itself was perfect. The grounds were lovely and private, and the house was clean and comfortable. I think it would be even better if there was a television onsite, but overall it was a great place to relax and enjoy a peaceful setting.
The host was very accommodating and responsive and terrific to work with.
Nice property in a very quiet location. We spent an evening on the deck and enjoy the beautiful view. Very well stocked with kitchen supplies.
Some outlets were not working and the door knob on the deck needs to be fixed or replaced. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Hi! We will look at getting those things fixed. Thanks for the review!
We had a great stay. We had 10 people stay and it was overall a comfy place to stay. We had one couple say the bed in the pink room was a little uncomfortable, and the window in that room let way too much light in due to the decorative top part. We were all able to take hot showers without any issues with water. We knew that there wasn't going to be a TV or WiFi, but a radio would be nice there. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Thank you for the feedback! We value our guests viewpoint!
This nice, big private house was perfect for my family of 5 (there was room for more). We were in the area to attend a concert in Canandaigua. The location is great because it's close to both Canandaigua and Geneva, but it's also very private and secluded - surrounded by farms, fruit trees and a corn field. Had a nice fire in the back yard. Was serenaded by mocking birds while enjoying coffee on the deck in the morning. Well appointed, plenty of cups, utensils, towels, blankets etc. It was perfect for our needs!

Awesome location, needs interior updates
This cottage is located in a beautiful area. Very quiet. The exterior porch and chairs are really nice. The kids loved watching the birds coming into the bird feeders and the sunsets/sunrises. The kitchen is adequately equipped and there is ample room for 8-10 people to spread out throughout the house. The games were a huge hit. AC was in good working order. Kitchen, living room, dining room, and basement are very nice.
If you are going for a long stay be prepared that there is nowhere to place clothing or wet towels other than your suitcase, the floor, or hung in the open closets. The bedrooms are not well furnished. Also “toiletries included” do not include shampoo/bath soap. The bathrooms definitely need upgrades. A deeper cleaning/updates and repairs of bathrooms and linens are in order. Comforters were not clean. We have stayed at far cleaner places and much more well furnished (especially in the bedrooms) for almost half of this price. (We were charged $350/night plus fees.)
