Lovely property, great location

My daughter and I enjoyed our room. It was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Easy check in and great communication with the owners. The location allowed us access to all of our activities. Would definitely stay again.

Great little place!

We stayed at K’s initially as a last resort due to waiting so long to book a place to stay. Upon arrival, we were very happy with the accommodations! Clean, neatly arranged great working mini split climate controlled room! Perfect for a weekend trip!

It was a reasonably good attempt at refurbishing an old roadside motel by so had shortcomings. Small. Bathroom old. Internet intermittent. Barn door for bathroom. Ok

We love this spot because it has the peacefulness of living out in the country, but you're within walking distance from town. It also has spectacular views of the St. Lawrence River and plenty of wide open space for lounging

What makes our property unique is the views of the river and the amount of parking we have for people with fishing boats. We are also located minutes from the marina, food, golf and many other activities.
