This property was immaculate. Jenny the host was very responsive. We had everything we needed for our stay. The beach was closer than we originally thought. We appreciated that this was a pet friendly home. We highly recommend this vacation rental!

Awesome place for our family vaca! House was clean and well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation, including a wagon and beach chairs. The primary bedroom is HUGE and love the little balconies on each floor. Great to have the pool also for those days or evenings when you just want to hang around the house. Host is very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny’s. The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located. Pool area was great! A playground and dog park were nearby for our pup and our granddaughters. We would stay there again!

Wonderful Spot for Holiday Celebration

Lovely house and well appointed for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We stayed over the Christmas holiday and found the kitchen to be well stocked and the space to be very roomy. Great location, easy access to the beach, and fantastic ability to use beach chairs/wagon. Would definitely recommend for a small family/friend group.

Beautiful home near the beach

My family of 4 and dogs stayed in this beautiful home for 3 weeks. The location was perfect! We were so close to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The home had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool after being at the beach all day. The only thing that needed a little improvement was the backyard area. Just a little TLC and it would be perfect! I would highly recommend this rental. We had an amazing time!

Thanksgiving respite

We booked prior to Hurricane Helene knowing we would need a bigger space to accommodate family for Thanksgiving. Turned out to be a blessing as our own home in St. Pete flooded. It was great to be in a space that had a kitchen and couch. Had a great week!!!

Great Family Beach House

We enjoyed our stay at Treasure Island Beach House very much! Jenny is a great host (very attentive and detailed) and the house was as described (or better). The space was clean and very spacious. The location is very quiet and peaceful but close to everything.The kitchen is stocked with anything we needed. It is nice and spacious for many to be helping meal prep.I would absolutely recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a beach escape or some quality family time, thanks Jenny for sharing your beautiful house!

Great Place!

We had a great three week stay. Jenny was a great host and very quick to respond to any questions. Treasure Island is still recovering from the hurricanes and there is construction going on all over. But, it didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay. The beach is within walking distance and is close to several restaurants. (Middle Grounds Grill is awesome) The pool and area around It is somewhat small, but, it was ok for the four of us. Beach towels and beach chairs were provided which was nice. Overall, a great place in Treasure Island!
