Thoughtfully designed with soft coastal whites, palm accents, ceiling fans everywhere, and new mattresses & linens for maximum comfort. The Space Primary bedroom: King bed + sound machine Second bedroom: Queen + Twin + desk Full kitchen stocked with drip coffee/tea, toaster, crockpot, full cookware, spices, kids dishes Washer/dryer in garage Full bath with tub/shower combo, hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash Outdoor Oasis: Private fenced backyard with shaded pergola, fire pit (propane grill included), sectional seating, dining table, and giant Connect 4 Beach Gear Included: Beach cruisers, chairs, umbrellas, wagon, cooler, baby sun shade, boogie boards, corn hole & more Extras Guests Love Welcome snacks, Pack ‘n Play, high chair, outlet covers, games, books, and thoughtful touches throughout. We’re quick to respond and happy to share local recommendations (rocket launches, best eats, events). Important House Rules (Strictly Enforced) Max 4 adults (or 2 adults + up to 4 small children). No air mattresses, no pets (including ESA), no parties/events. Must be 24+ to book (exceptions considered — just message us). Quiet hours after 9pm (duplex neighbor). Thermostat locked at 74°F during summer season (new insulation keeps it comfortable with fans). Requests to lower it are possible but may incur service charges if issues arise. Cover outdoor cushions nightly & clean grill/fire pit after use. Lawn maintenance is routine. Extended stays (7+ nights) require additional deep clean fee. Guest Access & Parking Entire left side of the duplex + private fenced backyard and large driveway (up to 3 vehicles). Garage reserved for beach equipment only. Special Option: Both sides of the duplex available together with connecting backyard gate — message us to book the full property!
