Attractively priced for a condo of this undoubted quality, this well appointed condo offers tremendous value for money providing, as it does, tremendous resort style amenities, in a secure gated community, with a great location just 2 miles away from Walt Disney World and about 15 miles from Universal Orlando.

With 1410 sq ft of living area to enjoy this home provides plenty of space for the whole family, and as soon as you enter Sunny Ray’s Escape, your worries go away. The rooms boast beautiful colors and serenity throughout the entire condominium. It is a very popular home as each room offers plenty of room, accommodating a maximum of six people to relax, escape, and recover from long days at the theme parks or from spending a relaxing day unwinding by the amazing complimentary pool and waterslides.

There are three bedrooms in total, including two masters, both with king size beds and full en suite facilities. It is very rare to find 2 King size rooms in any condo here, but 'Sunny Rays' does. There is one twin bedroom specially themed for children too. The condo also boasts a full kitchen, a spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. 

The main living area features a large flat screen smart television with a Blu-ray DVD player and cable package. Each bedroom is also equipped with a flat screen TV for your enjoyment.We should add that all towels and linens are provided for your stay too, another great feature offered in your home from home.

*Please note that the condominium also has high speed wireless Internet access, which is offered complimentary to all our guests. High speed wireless Internet access is also complimentary when you relax by the pool and waterslides.

After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with ample seating for 6, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal.

A patio door from the living area leads onto a balcony furnished with a table and chairs. The patio faces West, so you can enjoy the setting sun in the late afternoon. It is also the perfect spot to have your morning coffee and admire the amazing trees, grounds, and nature that this elevated fourth floor view allows.

Sunny Rays Escape has been incredibly popular over the last 15 years or so and really is a great option for all the family, from those who want superb resort style amenities, to families just looking to relax. Incidentally, for those who have difficulty with stairs, this fourth floor unit has that covered too as the building is serviced by 2 elevators. 

Located in building number 4 in Windsor Hills, this lovely home is about a 2 minute walk from the main pool and clubhouse, so it enjoys a fantastic location too.

Windsor Hills Resort

Windsor Hills is a beautiful, family-friendly, gated resort community in Kissimmee, Florida (south of Orlando). Situated only two miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, it’s located within easy reach of most of Orlando's top attractions. The Windsor Hills villas each have private, screened-in pools in addition to the fabulous community pool and kids’ water park. This secure, 24/7 guarded community has everything and more for your family vacation.

Universal Orlando Resort is about 21 minutes away, and Sea World about 19 minutes, traffic permitting. Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral is just over an hour away. In the other direction, Clearwater Beach is about an hour and a half drive.

* We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.

*Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 3-5 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, directions, and internet password for the property.

* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, toilet tissue, shampoo, detergent and dishwasher tablets, but guests are expected to replenish them during their stay.
