* Pet Fee is $150 & covers 2 dog max. 50lb max.
* We provide a complimentary starter pack of paper towel, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, trash bags & dish sponge.
* Trailers must be backed down street.
* Trailers for boats larger than 20’ must be parked at the Key Colony Beach trailer lot. The cost is $100 per week. Inquire for more details.
* Guests do not have access to boat lift as it has been removed.
* This home is only available from Saturday - Saturday during peak season.
