Comfortable and roomy condo in a great location north of Durango. We like the quiet of Rockwood as opposed to Durango proper. The quiet is broken only by the train, and we like to hear that as well. It's also about 1000 feet higher than Durango and stays cooler.

Joe and his family were perfect guests; responsive communications, timely payments, and consistent rule and procedure compliance. I would gladly welcome him back anytime and would not hesitate to have him rent your property.
