Location!Lovely and uniquely decorated 2 bedroom condo !with comfortable king bed in each room!with pull out sofa bed.sleep up to 6 peoples,luxury bed and mattress for your beauty sleep!with spectacular views of the Crystal clear Comal river ,located right on the Comal River with grill , picnic tables ,swimming pool by the River ,and an easy private entrance into the river. Jump in your tube and enjoy the day.and sit down on the balcony with your friends have a glass wine !enjoy amazing view of the river from the balcony ! Every bedroom has view of the river .Super clean kitchen with stainless steel appliances .walking distance to the world famous Schlitterbahn water park !Wurstfest and charming downtown New Braunfels ,where there are many shops, live music and excellent restaurants to dine out!book your stay you will not be disappoint!

Perfect location!!!

It was perfect for 4 adults. Super clean and right on the Comal. Easy access to & from our vehicle and safe. We loved the balcony view and enjoyed watching the tubers passing directly below us. Great and very racy close convenient access to river and place to tube from with about an hour and half float and a 5 minute walk from where you exit river back to condo. We could not have asked for a better weekend stay and location. Had we had the grandkids with us Schliterbahn was directly across the street and would have been exactly where we needed to stay for that too. Will definitely be back and recommend.
