Troy and Patti Hopkins have owned a vacation home in Guntersville for quite sometime. Upon becoming empty nesters, they relocated to their vacation home full time from Huntsville Alabama. After driving by the forested hillside for years, Troy had a vision and ended up purchasing the 40 acres that is now ReTreet.
