The space
The house is brand new! Gorgeous and spacious. All 4 rooms have full body mirrors. The master has a walk in closet, rain head shower, and a relaxing 6 ft freestanding tub.

The home offers upscale amenities such a gas range and fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, smart TVs in the living spaces, large closets, and much more. Who doesn't want to spend the evening on our spacious deck overlooking the Nashville skyline?

Great place for family visit

The place was very comfortable with a lot of space. Birthday weekend celebration with 6 adults. Wales to restaurants and Whole Foods. Owners were very accommodating and helpful.

Overall great stay

The house was perfect for our group of friends. The living room area in the open kitchen was perfect for all of us to hang out. In addition to the deck on the 3rd floor was even larger than we expected. The location was perfect and felt very safe there! The host communicated well with us and we had no issues. Definitely would recommend this home!

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is closer to downtown than hotels. Everything is walkable. And it feels private on a dead-end culdesac. There's a park across the street for frisbee, and a playground for kids. And you're surrounded by skyscrapers. : )

What makes this property unique

Me and my wife designed this house. It's the only house I know that has a view of our famous "batman skyscraper" from the 2nd floor master suite. And the 3rd floor deck is massive. I recommend the coveted July 4th slot here!
