The condo was perfect! Super clean and well stocked. We loved the huge patio and beautiful pool. The location was also great. Only 6 minute walk to the beach and 10min drive to downtown restaurants and shops. Tommy was a great host. We can’t wait to go back.

This is a very nice condo that is close to everything Amelia has to offer. Mr. Tommy was super nice and made check in an easy process. I definitely recommend staying here especially for a family of four. The outdoor balcony overlooking the pool was our favorite part of the place.

Everything was exceptional......from management to cleanliness to location on the grounds. Area was a fantastic staging point for bike rides and having a selection of bars/restaurants nearby. Being directly next to the pool was a plus. We also enjoyed our evenings with the Barred Owl who would sit in the tree nearby. We will stay again in the future.FYI....the amount of live music throughout downtown Fernandina was fantastic and quite surprising!!

We had a good week at Tommy's place. The availability of pickleball courts was great. Eagan's Creek Greenway is just across the street and we walked it several times. Ft. Clinch, Sliders, and of course the nearby beach were all enjoyable, and we had a great meal at Espana.

This is the 4th year of renting this same condo, although in the past it has been great, but on this stay it was awful. I had to clean everything especially the bathrooms which didn’t seem to had been cleaned at all. The walls are nasty, seems as though something has ran down the walls, floor in one of the bathrooms is coming apart, hair hanging off the walls. It was nasty on this stay and even after all the other years of being ok, not sparkling clean but better than this time. I am definitely looking for another place to stay next year.
