French doors from the kitchen/living room open to a spacious screened porch dining area. Great for entertaining! The eat-in kitchen has a bar to eat at and a dining table, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher. Gorgeous hardwood floors throughout. The floor plan is open: kitchen, living room & dining room with French doors that lead you to either the back deck or screened dining porch. There is also a second living room.The huge primary bedroom has a king bed, a couch, high vaulted ceilings, walk-in closet, wall of windows, full bathroom with bubble jet bath, and doors that open to your own private deck. Washer & dryer. Ceiling fans throughout. Enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower after a day at the beach.Just a short drive to town and the ferry.This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. ***Lamberts Cove beach pass available ( tenant pays fee and obtains pass with lease)!*

Great family vacation home

We love the location of this home- close to town but also secluded near the state forest- the description and photos were accurate, and the owner checked in to be sure all was good. Thanks so much for another great trip to the best place on Earth!

One of our favorite places in MV

This was the second time we stayed at this property, and we will definitely look to book again. Every step of the process was easy and comfortable, and the house is one of our favorite places on all of Martha’s Vineyard. Bonus that my wife’s family gets to bring their dog!

Perfect Vineyard house

The house was beautiful, well decorated, and very clean. The three beds were comfortable. The kitchen was large and open. The yard was large. Host promptly called us when we checked in. Really, no complaints at all.

Beautiful, clean home with spacious backyard, good location near Lamberts Cove and Vineyard Haven. Neighborhood is private, quiet and peaceful. The back deck and porch were lovely and so was the outdoor shower. The house kitchen is spacious and well equipped and we appreciated the beach chairs. The house was sufficient space for our family of 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 small dogs for 6 days. Owner communication was good and quick to respond to inquiries. We will be returning!

The house was lovely and very clean and comfortable. However we were very disappointed to discover that there was only 1 working tv in the house in a very small inconvenient location; despite the misleading pictures online showing a tv in the main living area. Upon communication with the owner we were told that only 1 tv had cable and the television in the main room was not usable. In addition, the door leading to the backyard deck was not usable due to the house settling - once it was locked by the handyman, we had to keep it locked. We loved the location and the house and would love to stay again if these inconveniences were rectified.

Beautiful newer Tisbury home with decks, hardwood floors and skylights.

This property was well suited for visiting Martha’s Vineyard and 5 days was not long enough to enjoy all that this home has to offer! From the amazing entertainment living area, spacious well lit bedrooms (with comfortable beds), and the gorgeous well supplied kitchen, our family reunion was enjoyed by all! The outdoor shower gave us a front row concert to over a dozen birds species. We enjoyed morning coffee on the decks watching the grazing deer and enjoying the sunshine and peace. Management is responsive and their vast knowledge and Vineyard connection make any problem solvable. I’m looking forward to many more stays at this property. Thanks to this wonderful property my Martha’s Vineyard/CT/Colorado family has never been closer.

Amazing house with great location for all island has to offer

We had a great stay here with 4 adults there was plenty of room to house more. The furnishings were clean and comfortable and there was an awesome outdoor shower perfect for a steam and view of the starry night sky. We met a few neighbors and everyone was very nice. The neighborhood is quiet and we had a very peaceful Fall stay. I wouldnt hesitate to rent here again.

We enjoyed ourselves very much, it was a lovely house with three different outdoor spaces a deck of screened porch and an upstairs deck, the master bedroom was lovely everything was just beautiful and pleasant. My only complaint is that there were no bicycles I would have loved to have done bicycling there and instead had to rent one and it was a little awkward bringing it over and bringing it back so that would have been nice. It's a little remote but it wasn't more than about 15 or 20 minutes from town or Beach anywhere I would highly recommend it

Beautiful house!

We were so pleased with the house!nested in the woods in the middle of the island, you wake up to birds singing and to the lush vegetation around the house. The pics don’t make it justice :-) the open concept, and the wood floors are really nice. There is space for everyone. The deck overlooking the yard is pretty and the screened porch was great for reading or playing cards. It is well equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to cook meals for a family after a day at the beach and includes washer and dryer in the basement, beach chairs (important if you don’t want to transport everything to the island), games, cards, even flashlights (in case you want to go on walks at night) etc. Communication with Annette was super easy. We would definitely rent again if we have the opportunity.

This is a beautiful property. The house is in a quiet area but within driving distance to everything. It was very clean and updated and had plenty of room for our family and dog! I would recommend this property for a relaxing vacation.
