We are a husband and wife team who personally manage this home. We have been delighting VRBO guests with our properties in the Myrtle Beach and Smith Mountain Lake, VA areas for over 12 years. Our properties have consistently garnered 5-star reviews due to our attention to detail and our focus on helping our guests have outstanding vacation experiences.



From the moment you pass through our gated entrance and onto our paved driveway meandering through woods bustling with birds, squirrels, and deer, you are transported to what we call Lake Life. Lake Life and your time at the lake can be extremely peaceful and relaxing OR full of fun and exciting activities OR both! Our home offers you whatever experience you and your family are looking for in a lake vacation.



The upstairs of our lakefront home was remodeled and updated in 2023 and the basement was remodeled and updated in 2025. Our home has nearly 4,000 square feet of living space, sits on roughly 3 acres, and boasts over 200 feet of Lake Anna shoreline on a beautiful cove.



Bring your boat! You can tie up at our boathouse and public boat launches are only 5-10 minutes by boat from the house. Plenty of room to park a boat trailer at the house too.

***Water trampoline and water slide may not be available November - April.

***Please note that there are three security cameras in use on the property. The three cameras are a doorbell camera at the front of the house, a camera inside the garage, and the third located on the back deck which views the boathouse area.

***Primary guest will be asked to provide identification after booking.

What a wonderful house with a fantastic view! The house is large enough so that some adults can talk upstairs and other adults and children can play downstairs. The golf cart was perfect for folks who have trouble walking to get down to the lake. What a great vacation!

We loved our long weekend at Courtney and Robert’s beautiful home. A Perfect Lakefront Getaway

Our stay at the lake house was truly unforgettable! We were blown away by the breathtaking lake view. The house itself was immaculate and thoroughly stocked. The open family space was perfect for relaxing together, cooking meals and enjoying quality time. The dock area quickly became our favorite hangout. Week at the Lake

Beautiful property with lots of amenities, close to Food Lion. Perfect for a large group. Boat house is perfect with slide and trampoline if you have kids, morning sun, evening shade, close to marinas if you have a boat. Will definitely rent again.

Lake Anna is a beautiful lake in a beautiful part of Virginia. We love that it's only 1.5 hours from our primary residence.

The views of the lake are really amazing. The wooded, secluded cove is a wonderful place to enjoy the lake. We love being transported from the outside world to the lake life by travelling down the private wooded drive to the house!
