Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect for us . Had everything we needed even beach chairs and umbrella . We liked it so much we booked same place for 2027. The beach view was fantastic, especially getting to wake up to views of the gulf. The room was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. Would love to stay there again.

Needs TLC.The unit location was great with amazing view but that’s about it as for the actual unit and its contents. Overall, needs a refresh of the decor. Many other things were below par such as: not much light in the bathroom for using the mirror, only 5 hangars in closet / none in the wardrobe, dining chandelier had bare bulbs, shower hot/cold controls reversed, interior doors could barely close, and a rug tripping hazard in living room.

It a wonderful vacation, views were beautiful, room was clean although some of the furniture (Clothe Chairs) could use some lite cleaning. But the bed sleep very comfortable. Bathroom clean.
