Guests were very nice with quick response to any questions House was great for the coaches to relax after a hot hard day at the baseball field games were great to play and we even had a nice little fire after a long day. We will be staying here again next time we are in the area. All the food recommendations were great we even got some frozen pizzas to go home with.

Great Place!

Friends and family stayed here for a weekend for a wedding. The place is perfect for a group and the outdoor patio is a definate plus as well as the game room. Owners were great!

House was a good fit for us and located in a great spot! The stairs going upstairs were a little steep and slippery but overall it had ample room and was very cozy! The hosts were excellent communicators and very responsive! Would recommend to any looking for a Vrbo that could accommodate multiple guests! Thank you!

Field of dreams.

Had a great time at this house. Close to Field of Dreams and we were right across the road from where we were playing golf. The arcade game and pool table were a hit. Would definitely come back again.

Spectacular

My family and I rented this adorable place while we were in the area for my grandfathers funeral. The space accommodated all 16 of us so well; no one was tripping over each other. The host is TOP notch, so sweet and thoughtful!

I knew nothing about Dyersville when I was looking for a rental. Took a flyer on this until because of batting cage. It was so much better than expected. Large grounds

Such a wonderful property! Our group stayed here while in town for the Field of Dreams tournament. The house was amazing. It was spacious and well appointed and the game room was such a hit! The boys had the time of their lives staying together at this awesome property. The location was perfect, just a few minutes to town and less than 10 to the field of dreams field. The bunk rooms are up a pretty steep set of stairs, but we didnt have too much problem with that. It did get a little hot upstairs at night, but we found some fans which helped. To be fair, the week we were there was record breaking according to the locals, so I don't think it gets quite that warm all the time. The layout of the main floor was nice, and there was lot's of space for the boys ( and the dads) to spread out. The host was amazing. She was super helpful and very communicative and was always happy to answer my questions! The house sits on an acre of land and that was amazing as the boys could go outside and play in the yard and run around. The batting cages were also a hit, and helpful to get the team warmed up before our games. We would definitely stay here again, and when a few boys were asked what their favorite part of the trip was.. they said staying at the house together. Such a great experience!!

The perfect experience deserved the perfect house

Every little thing was thought through by this owner. There is absolutely nothing you could say “I wish they had”. At first I was skeptical about the bathrooms being separate from the bedrooms but this was the perfect setup! Everyone felt like they had their privacy and the unlimited hot water was miraculous!!!

What a great home for gathering and accommodating a larger group! We appreciated the ample and comfy seating options, open floor plan and room to move both indoors and out. Beds were wonderful according to everyone I asked, and bathrooms were all modern and spacious too. Be advised, the two bunk rooms are on the second floor and the staircase is a bit steep and narrow. Given that all three bathrooms are on the first floor, upstairs guests will be traversing the stairs at night, if needed. Light sleepers should bring ear plugs for that and the occasional train! We ran into two unusual issues with the hot water going out our first night, and then with some ants in the game area after heavy rain the next day, but the hosts were very quick to respond on both accounts. I would still highly recommend this rental option if you are considering it for sporting events or group travel to the Dyersville area.

The Envy of the Baseball Team’s Parents!!!

We stayed here for the weekend with our extended family for a Field of Dreams tournament and when Saturday turned out to be a rainout, we had other teammates families drop by to socialize. They loved the place just as much as we did and were in awe of how perfect this place is for the occasion. Our kids had the best time here and in town and are already talking about wanting to go back, and I’m on board with that! This place is beautiful and very well maintained, inside and out. My parents loved the front and rear porches for morning coffee. Absolutely loved this place, glad we had it for the long weekend and rainout!

THE. BEST.

Our baseball team played at Field of Dreams. 8 adults. 6 kids. And there was SO MUCH room for more kids. The rental was AMAZING and the owners were MORE amazing. Can not say enough about the great price, the overall property and the total convenience of having somewhere to go and relax between games, during delays, and crazy weather! BOOK NOW!!!

Family Memories made in Iowa

Appreciated that there was a decorated Christmas tree in the house so Santa knew right where to leave the kids surprises! We also appreciated that there were games we could play on the rainy days. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t conducive to take advantage of the outside activities. The binder provided was very thorough. The house was perfect for what we needed. Thank you!
