This property was absolutely amazing! We had such a wonderful time in St. Augustine! We will definitely return to this property when visiting Saint Augustine again. Thank you so much To our wonderful host!
The Mulberry Cottage is the perfect cozy getaway spot for Nights of Lights or ANY occasion as it is fully stocked for self sufficiency, while centrally located for park and walk to everything in and around the Historic District yet tucked away in a nook of a neighborhood that is steps from coffee houses and antique shops that make it feel like a well-kept secret you just don't want to share! Shannon was a lovely hostess, answering questions and making amazing recommendations that helped us make the best decisions during the city's busiest time of year. Highly recommend a stay at the Mulberry Cottage.
This is the perfect location to walk to the historic district, enjoy the bars, and see the Nights of Lights. The cottage is so cute, cozy, and clean. We loved the attention to details of chargers, coffee bar, and toiletries. Absolutely loved our stay!
The pictures don’t capture the charm and character of this home. The layout is so wonderful for privacy and also hanging out. The best of both worlds. Location is perfect for walking all throughout historic St Augustine. Shannon is the perfect host and we are looking forward to staying again and again in our new weekend getaway spot!
Brought my 16yo son and two of his friends to celebrate his b-day. We rented bicycles for them and they had a blast. The home was lovely, peaceful and relaxing.
The cottage was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean, very comfortable, and in a great location. The historic downtown area was very crowded which made driving and parking difficult so we walked almost everywhere. We had a great time and I look forward to visiting again. Shannon was a great host. I would definitely recommend this cottage to my friends and family and book it again for myself!
We absolutely loved our stay at this charming 1899 cottage. It was the perfect mix of cozy, clean, and full of character. The location couldn’t have been better. A peaceful retreat just a short walk to all the best of downtown St. Augustine. What really made it special was the host. She truly thought of everything. From the thoughtful touches to how well-stocked and welcoming the space felt, you can tell she cares deeply about creating a memorable experience. We’ll be back for sure.
The Mulberry Cottage was a great place to stay during the busy holiday season in St. Augustine! It is close to all of the attractions in old St. Augustine so we could avoid all of the traffic and walk to everything we needed. The house itself was clean and spacious. It fit our family of 5 adults perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed for quick meals. We highly recommend it!
Charming, Sparkling Clean Historical Cottage in Perfect Location
Every once in a while you get a VBRO with an owner who clearly loves to delight as a host. Our expectations were surpassed. The cottage was full of charm and character, while being absolutely spotless and with every amenity thought of to make us so comfortable! As parents, boy do we appreciate our host going above and beyond for us. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go, which we love. One of our favorite surprises was a little blue door in the kitchen i assumed was a closet, with an old fashioned key hanging on a hook beside it. We unlocked the door and stepped out into - surprise! An adorable little garden with a stone walkway and baby fruit trees. This cottage and host are a rare find. Thank you Shannon!
