Nestled amidst beautifully landscaped gardens, each offers delightful views of the shimmering Long Island Sound and the nearby marina.  
Step inside and be greeted by a thoughtfully designed interior. Vaulted beadboard ceilings create an airy and inviting atmosphere, complemented by well-appointed furnishings throughout. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with quality supplies. For your ultimate comfort, we provide luxurious bed linens and exceptionally comfortable beds.

This is an outstanding place in just about every respect: the bungalow is a nice size and comfortably appointed; the location is quiet and pleasant, and a short walk to a very nice beach (with the wonderful Hammonasset beach a short drive away); and the host was responsive, helpful, and available. We had a lovely long weekend enjoying the space, taking walks in the neighborhood, and taking in both the town beach and Hammonasset.

Great Spot

Place is adorable, well appointed & clean. Trish did an excellent job communicating with us before our stay and checked in with us during our stay. Loved that we were a close walk to a one of a kind beach.

Perfect stay

I chose the location for its proximity to Clinton Sailing Club where my son's US Sailing certification course was being held. Our bungalow was a clean, charming, inviting, and relaxing. Trish is a kind and lovely host. The town of Clinton is adorable. We hope to return again someday.

We love this part of the New England Coast! And living so close to the water with breath taking views is a dream come true. The friendly people, great restaurants, on this peaceful property is one we know you will love as well. We are also avid gardners and are happy when the guest partake of the vegetable garden behind the Captains House!

Why they chose this property

Historic Waterside Lane is our favorite street in Clinton- the homeowners take great pride in owning a bit of history. It is also great for our out of town guest to be able to walk to the beach with out an expensive $75 day pass! Also this is one of the most scenic seaside streets in Connecticut.

What makes this property unique

This is a once in a lifetime property - it has both Long Island sound and Indian River views and is just a few hundred feet from the Clinton town beach. The amount of beautifully restored historic homes and the beutifull gardens that this neighborhood takes pride in is very welcoming and inspiring. Also the quiet street makes you instantly relax.
