Our host was so polite. She went out of her way to not only make sure her property was ready for us, but that our trip to Acadia was as fun as it could be.

We did not stay in this advertised room because of a booking mistake. We were stuck finding a place nearby on a busy weekend and Nancy stepped up to help us. Our room was smaller than the one in this picture but clean, cute, interesting, private bath, convenient, all linens and towels were comfy. Nancy provided more than was necessary like fridge use for our cooler items, an arrival snack, some bowls and utensils for in-room cereal that we brought ourselves. She was available considerate and thoughtful. Her space is in an old historic home nicely renovated but not near any shops or restaurants. Lovely Maine woods.
