This cottage was perfect for my granddaughter and myself to visit the Ark, Kentucky Horse Park and the Creation Museum as well as having a down day to relax, read, paint and visit the small downtown area of Williamstown.
The home is sparkling clean and well equipped. It’s at he end of a quiet street.

Had a problem with the door lock while attempting to get inside and couldn’t reach the host. Once we did, all went well. The property was very clean and met all our needs

We really enjoyed staying here. Property was in a quiet area and just a short walk from downtown. Very clean. Host had several things for younger children (books, toys, etc.). About the only negative is property is located at end of a street at the bottom of a hill so have an incline that gives you a workout when walking. We had a great stay here and really enjoyed our time in Williamstown.
My friend & I were in town for a conference at the Ark Encounter. We were thrilled to be able to stay just a mile from the Ark. The little house was perfect for our needs. We both noticed when we first stepped through the door that it smelled clean. We appreciated the cleanliness along with the ample supply of linens, extra bedding & mirrors in both bedrooms. We had severe weather while we were there, but the house was very quiet. We were awakened each night though by the train that pulls through town at the end of the block. Overall, we were very pleased & would stay here again!

Great location and clean, but that’s where it ends!
This property is in a great location. It is also very clean. Unfortunately, that’s the best I can say about it.
It is furnished with two sofas in the living area. One is absolutely wore out, and the other one is hard as a board. Forget about Netflixing and chilling here.
The instructions to get into the house in the email sent to me were wrong, as well as how to lock up when leaving. The WiFi instructions emailed were wrong also. We got ready to settle in and have a drink after a five hour drive, and no ice!! There was one, empty ice tray in the freezer!
And if this wasn’t bad enough, they want you to strip the beds, load the washer and dishwasher and run them, BUT be checked out by 9:00 am. Heck, hotels give you until 10 or 11 and I don’t have to do their job that I’ve already paid for!!
We won’t go back here.

I apologize you didn't like your accommodations. However, no we do not provide bags of ice because they go bad and ice can be tamered with. We do have ice trays. As far as our couchs, they are less than a year old and never had anyone complain. As a matter of fact the pull out is very expensive because we wanted a nice one for our guests to sleep on, with an exceptionally mattess. Everyone loves our cute home. Yes we ask that you treat our home as you would your own and start the dishwasher and strip the beds. We take pride in our business and services. Again I hate the you weren't satisfied, but I hope you enjoyed your trip to our area.
