Recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, this three bedroom home includes a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room with comfy sofa and living areas. Private pool, free onsite parking, smart HDTV, High-speed WIFI and keyless access.

Absolutely beautiful pool home in the heart of Cape Coral. The property came fully stocked with everything needed. Pet friendly environment which was a huge plus for my wife and I. The pool is almost the width of the house! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for space. Roxanne and her husband were very accommodating. We will definitely be back when we visit again!

Our stay in this lovely home was just great. The pictures were accurate, the home was well supplied (kitchen, bathrooms), it was very clean and a very comfortable place. The pool was clean and was of a nice size. I would go back there for a stay. Wonderful place!!!!

The poolnwas fabulously and clean! The bed was comfortable....Roxanne reaponded immediately to a toliet issue that was fixed within hours!!! She even checked in to see if our stay was good....absolutely 5 stars!!!!!

Roxanne was a good host and very responsive. Were told when we arrived that we didn’t have use of the garage. Every other place we’ve rented the garage was available. Pool area was very dirty. Roxanne came over to try to clean it after she was notified, and brought power washer that didn’t work. This should have been done prior to our arrival. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. Living room furniture and carpets were smelly and dirty. Would not rent there again.

Roy I feel the rating that you left me was unfair. The pool was clean, after a hard rain dirt can build up in one area by the pool toys container. It rain hard for 2 days before you arrived including the day you arrived. I brought over a pressure washer to clean that area and our pressure washer didn’t work I said I will try the hose to spay it down you tried it and said you would do that because you will have a lot of down time since you were staying a long time. I’ve asked you weekly if everything was good and you said yes. You call me at 6:00am because your car battery was dead when you were on the way to the airport and I came there to start your car. Our house is very clean I’m sorry you were upset about the garage. Roxanne
