We experienced a relaxing, thoroughly enjoyable stay at CozyCondo. It is a beautifully appointed and comfortably furnished condo nestled in the heart of Waterville Valley. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch for morning coffee and refreshments after our daily hikes along the Mad River. The atmoshere is peaceful and serene, and the owners are most gracious and promptly responded to our inquiries. We hope to return soon.

Caring and communicative host. Very helpful and the condo was perfect with a nice kitchen and a new upscale washer and dryer that was very convenient. Lots of games and everything you might need in the kitchen. I would highly recommend staying here! So much better that the local hotels and Inns in the area!

Wonderful condo in Waterville Valley

Our family (2 adults, 2 kids) had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us. The location was great - easy walk or bike ride to Town Square, Snow’s mountain, etc. highly recommended!

Perfect weekend getaway

Super comfortable and cozy spot with all we needed for a weekend away. Melinda and Mike were very responsive and let us check in early to accommodate a zoom meeting. WiFi was reliable. Super easy to find and convenient parking. We enjoyed the fireplace and comfortably slept the e tire group. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

Well appointed, comfortable condo

Our family rented several condos in the valley. This condo comfortably accommodated two couples. Melinda is a great host and always quick to respond. It was nice to have a sufficient supply of paper products, a dishwasher, and clothes-washing pods. The master bed was super comfortable. Hope to return next summer!

Wonderful Time

We are a little behind the times and this was our first time renting a vrbo, we had a wonderful stay! We stayed for four nights with our teenagers and their friend. It was very clean and comfortable, and Melinda was so nice about answering questions promptly and giving recommendations. We did a couple of day trips (Weir's Beach and Flume Gorge), enjoyed swimming at the Eddy up the road and had a nice meal at Coyote Grill. It was nice having such a lovely home base to head back to at the end of the day. I'd love to come back to check out the winter activities!

Perfect get away!

The property was clean and functional. Everything needed was there. The beds were very comfortable which is important after a day of hiking. The neighborhood is quiet, people are friendly. FYI, If you’re staying in the Waterville area, there isn’t much going on outside of the weekends. However, it’s just a short ride, (30 minutes)to Lincoln.

Clean, easy, and comfortable rental in WV

We have been coming to Waterville Valley for the last several years but the condo we used to rent is no longer available. We were connected to Melinda through friends and had a great experience. The condo was exactly what we were expecting, it was very clean, and the kitchen had pretty much all the cooking implements we needed. Melinda and her husband Mark were also incredibly responsive to the minor questions we had about the check-in and check-out processes. Highly recommend!
