I nice reprieve from the hustle and bustle and noise of a large chain hotel.Room are small but sufficient, with a rustic appeal. Perfect for a up-north getaway.
This property was a great location for a couple or two people looking for a place to stay with extremely close access to the local snowmobile trails and plenty of space in the parking lot to park large trucks and trailers. We would definitely stay here again if we ever need plan another trip to Gaylord.
This room was exactly what we needed - a reasonably priced, clean room. Had an issue shortly after we got there (I couldn't remember the door code). Contacted Sandra and was helped immediately. Asked if we needed anything else just to let her know). It is a small room but perfect for what we needed. I would stay there again and would recommend to others.

We had a pleasant one-night stay at this very clean and cozy spot. While Google Maps was slightly off with the location, we were still able to find it without much trouble. As it’s an older building, the walls are quite thin, so noise from neighboring units was noticeable at times. That said, the host was excellent with communication and made sure we had everything we needed. We left early the next morning to continue our journey north, and overall, it was a convenient and comfortable stopover.

This place is perfect for a perfect stay. It is in a very convenient location. Easy on and off from I 75.
The only thing that we didnt like was the water pressure and we were unable to control the hot in the shower.
Besides that this place is great and we will probably return in the future.

Their no directions for tv TV/wifi I called host left message. She did not return the call. The furnace went out she gave us space heater’s. The pipes froze the last night we were there. We couldn’t use bathroom. We had to leave at 6:30 in the morning to find a restroom. And also had to drive approximately 4hrs home without showering. When I asked for a discount in price I was told NO. I payed for a place with a bathroom and a shower, it was not provided in the last day , therefore I think it would have been fair to refund my money for the last day.

First off the guest did not occupy Room #8. They stayed in a cabin. I did not recieve their call asking for the wi-fi code but did show up IN Person the next morning and showed them the code and brought a back-up heater as they said they heard something noisy on the furnace. The furnace guys showed within a 20 minutes. They had heat was comfortable to enjoy days of snowmobiling. They never called me and said the water froze! Room 8 around the corner would have been available to go and shower and move back into. Not all the facts have been given correctly. They also said they left at 4am not 6:30am. We are always available and take care of situations quickly. Also, Temps dropped below zero... Would be VERY important to know about frozen pipes. Guest understand the urgency of calling about frozen pipes!
Guest enjoyed the weekend snowmobiling and was very nice in person when we arrived!
We enjoyed our stay. It was not dirty by any means, but just like anywhere else, the corners and could use some extra attention. The only "complaint" (and it really isn't even that) is we were in a corner unit. The blinds didn't fit the windows as I would gave liked them to, so I felt a little exposed. That's personal preference though!
Lodging was great. It is a clean and friendly place to stay about a mile out of town. Its also about the same distance to trail 7 but you will have to ride city streets to get to it. Kind of tough if there isnt any snow left on the street. You can trailer your sleds about 3 to 4 miles and there is a public access off Otsego way right behing mama Leone's resteraunt that is on trail 4.
