Everything you need for the perfect vacation. Very well equipped and comfortable villa. Easy access to Old Naples, beaches and shops. Lake view is so peaceful and relaxing , would definitely book again. Doris is a great host very informative and easy to contact. Checkin process is easy and stress free!!

Loved our stay at this property. Very clean and well managed. Every piece of kitchen equipment you could ever need and excellent WiFi and TV. Well maintained community andin September it was quiet andpeaceful. Beautiful sunsets over the lake from the pool area. Had everything that we wanted,restaurants and shopping, within a short drive. Property Manager Doris very attentive and interested. We plan to return.

We had an absolutely lovely 15 night stay at the property and were sad to have to leave. The estate is very secure and quiet and the property itself has a beautiful private outlook onto a lake. We really loved the layout of the house in addition to the oversized patio area around the pool and the kitchen was also very nice to cook in if catering in. The use of the beach items was much appreciated with enough chairs for our family of 5 and it was also great to be able to park in the garage to get into a cooler car each day!

Very relaxing

The kitchen appliances are very nice and well stocked. We stayed for 2 weeks and used the pool everyday. Gated community is definitely a plus for us. Doris (Host) is awesome to deal with. This is the second year we have stayed at a property that she hosts. I would highly recommend staying here.

A great vacation

Everything was great. The house was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped and we found everything we need for a two weeks stayoffer. To watch offer the the lake in the evening hours was amazing and totally relaxing. Thank you for the perfect service. We can only recommend this house. My three children and my wife where very happy.

Overall this property was comfortable but I would say it needs updating and a bit of attention. The curtain pole in the main bedroom was kept up with duct tape. The curtains were shabby in both the main and second bed room. There were light bulbs not working in the kitchen. My son was in the third bedroom which had a problem with cockroaches. Lastly the outside was nice but there weeds growing up in the gaps and cracks. There were no mirrors in two of the bedrooms.

Tolles Haus in super Lage , absolut empfehlenswert

Der Gesamteindruck lässt sich sehr gut in einem Wort zusammen fassen. Überragend!!! Das gepflegte und saubere sowie stilvoll eingerichtete Haus mit dem Mega Seeblick bietet Alles was das Herz begehrt und verfügt über eine üppige Zusatzausstattung wie z.B. Liegen für den Strand , Kühltaschen ,Spielzeug für die Kinder, Taucherbrillen , Flossen eine Grillecke mit Bar und einem tollem Gasgrill , einen riesigen Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel Funktion usw usw usw. Der Poolbereich ist Blicksicher zu den Nachbarn, hier kann man absolute Privatsphäre genießen!!!! Das Wasser war sauber und der Pool gepflegt.Die Beratung und Betreuung durch die Agentin Doris aus Deutschland war Klasse. Die Anreise , Übergabe des Hauses alles kein Thema. Vielen Dank nochmals Doris. Summa sumarum hat es uns in der gesamten Zeit an Nichts gefehlt und wir können das Haus unbedingt weiter empfehlen. Definitiv wird es nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in dem Lakeview House gewesen sein. "We Had a great stay" Grüße Familie Strehler
