Not enough beds for all of us. Very dangerous deck surfaces resulted in 82 yo sister falling, fire pit was useless, range had faulty igniters, in short, space was very disappointing. We paid premium price and got less than what we paid for. Will not come back
We loved our stay. The decor, unlike typical rentals, felt like a real home and was so comfortable. There's ample seating, including chairs that can be moved around to maximize the view. The location is walking distance to Pelican Brewery, great for a walk on the sand, easy to access 101. The kitchen was super well equipped in terms of appliances, cookware, dishes, and staples.
The property was clean, the views were amazing, and the communication with the owners was outstanding! Easy checking process and loved the views from the home. Close to town, we ate at the Pelican Brewery which is right around the corner they had an amazing crab boil and clam chowder bowl. Loved everything about our stay!

Hi Marissa! Thank you for your 5-star review. We are so glad you had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We loved hosting your coastal getaway and hope you will book with us again!
We really enjoyed our time here and cant wait to go back. The location is perfect to get to all the local attractions. The views were spectacular from all 3 levels. The house was cozy and clean with a number of personal touches throughout. We especially appreciated that is was tucked away off the main road which gave a feeling of seclusion. Cant wait to visit again! Highly recommend!

Hi Tarisha! Thank you for your 5-star review. We are so glad you enjoyed your getaway. We agree … the views are hard to beat! We loved hosting you and hope you will book with us again!
The setting is gorgeous and the house is quite lovely. Easy walking distance to a few restaurants as well. My only feedback would be regarding the kitchen. It’s filled with items, but oddly missing some basics. In specific, we only found one tool we could use on the grill and nothing to roast a marshmallow, but I think we found two dutch ovens.

Hi Billie! We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We appreciate your feedback and will share your comments with our local property team. We loved hosting you and hope you will book with us again!
Firstly, this house is stunning with incredible views. We loved the layout for our needs, with the location also perfect for our needs. Communication was swift with property management.
Unfortunately, our trip ran into issues. 1. Check in email neglected to give us the lock box code so we were waiting for an hour to enter the home. 2. Before booking, we asked if goose feathers/down was used in their property, listing specifics due to allergy needs. We were told "No, we do not use down in our properties." The property had multiple feather pillows in every bedroom + throw pillows on furniture which caused significant allergic responses to members in our group. 3. There was significant. obvious, mold in 1 bathroom. Which caused more allergic responses. To their credit, Maintenance arrived same day and addressed it appropriately!!! However, another bathroom had a moldy shower curtain liner, dirty dishes in cupboards, and some sticky floors throughout. All of which made us question the thoroughness of housekeeping.
That being said, this property truly is LOVELY and would be an ideal place to stay for our family in the future. It is unfortunate that we experienced these things, but we all have hope these will be addressed moving forward.
