Favorite place to stay!

We always try to get this condo because we've stayed at allot of places and this is by far our favorite. Everything has been clean and neat. Perfect location, private, away from busy street but yet in walking distance If you want to stroll the strip. Love the balcony over the flowing water. Probably our favorite part! Awesome place to stay!! Didn't wanna leave.

The Condo was wonderful. It had everything we needed. Easy to get in and out. If i had any complaints it would be the master bedroom the bed is very firm.

We had a wonderful time and our condo was excellent. It was spacious and had very comfortable beds. The location by the river was excellent. This was one of the nicest places that we have stayed at. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Location was perfect! The amount of room in the condo was great for five women. The balcony overlooking the creek was the perf spot to enjoy morning coffee. I loved the space.

Wonderful location just off the parkway in Pigeon Forge. In town but felt as if you were in the woods. Loved the balcony overlooking the river with all the geese and ducks.Condo just as listed 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Nice kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of space for 6 adults. Very comfortable. Perfect for our family

The three separate bedrooms with king sized beds in all, each with a bathroom was exactly what we needed. We were all able to stay together while still having our own private spaces instead of booking three hotel rooms. Location was great. Condo is spacious, comfortable, and clean.

We enjoyed our stay despite the weather condition. We were supposed to walk around Gatlinburg prior to checking in but because of the snow storm it was not possible. Kerri was so nice to let us check in earlier. The place was clean and relaxing. It felt like hoe.

This condo was wonderful! It was comfortable, clean, had ample kitchen supplies (Keurig, blender, toaster, nice pots and pans, etc.). The furniture was comfy and cozy. It was far from a sterile environment I’ve seen in other condos we have rented. The pool was a bonus that the kids loved having when we had a few free hours. The location was also great in that we could be at the Island and Dollywood in just minutes, but also go over to Gatlinburg easily as well. The condo is also right on a river which made it feel like we were out of the hustle and bustle of this busy town. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again if we return to Pigeon Forge.

Stayed 3/10-3/16. The place was very nice, and close to everything in town. Everything was communicated well. We had a toilet issue and right away we called and they sent someone over to fix it. Overall great experience and I would stay again.

Relaxation!

My aunts and me stayed here this past week and loved the condo! The location is perfect. Downtown Pigeon Forge is a street over but the condo is on the river. So you get the relaxation of feeling like you’re in a beautiful nature spot with all the excitement of downtown the next street over. We’ve already booked for Dec to see the Christmas lights. Super nice vaca spot!

Property was as advertised. Loved being on the creek. The free Dollywood ticket was a huge bonus! We saw a bald eagle land in the tree by the creek and a bear digging through a garbage can across the street all in the same day. 😊 We enjoyed our stay and would stay in this condo again.
