This condo was exactly what we needed. We were traveling with another couple, and it was nice to have two bedrooms with bathrooms. The condo was clean, and it was equipped with all that we needed. The location of the condo was also convenient for us. It is very close to Dollywood and the LeConte Center/The Island. We truly enjoyed our time here and are looking forward to a return visit next year.

Quaint, quiet condo with a view accompanied by the relaxing white noise of the river. Close to the action of Pigeon Forge without really having to see or hear it. Attentive host. Complimentary vouchers to Dollywood and other activities were appreciated and saved us a nice chunk of money. Would highly recommend and stay again if in the area.

There were a few things that were not up to par. The main door handle looked like it would fall off at any moment. I found a pain pill in the floor at a chair. CARPET is worn out in the walking paths. One of the kitchen cabinets is loose and you have to adjust the door every time you open it.

Remarkable Stay

We had a wonderful time and our condo was excellent. It was spacious and had very comfortable beds. The location by the river was excellent. This was one of the nicest places that we have stayed at. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The Condo was wonderful. It had everything we needed. Easy to get in and out. If i had any complaints it would be the master bedroom the bed is very firm.

Very nice property close to many activities

The property was very well kept and clean and served our extended family well. Everything to do in the Pigeon Forge area was close by.

Favorite place to stay!

We always try to get this condo because we've stayed at allot of places and this is by far our favorite. Everything has been clean and neat. Perfect location, private, away from busy street but yet in walking distance If you want to stroll the strip. Love the balcony over the flowing water. Probably our favorite part! Awesome place to stay!! Didn't wanna leave.

Fun in the Smokies

Location was perfect! The amount of room in the condo was great for five women. The balcony overlooking the creek was the perf spot to enjoy morning coffee. I loved the space.
