If you're looking to bring the whole family, Beach Waves C is for you! Beach Waves C combines both levels of this beautifully built beach home with amazing beach view of Galveston! Grab your fishing poles, your flip flops, and your sunscreen as you and your family are already at the perfect Vacation spot! Enjoy your morning coffee on our beautiful deck and enjoy the sounds of the waves splashing and the spectacular sunsets. This home has a deck that wraps the home in the right places for amazing and fantastic outdoor living! After you get past the amazing sundeck, the living room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa. Relax at night in front of the large screen TV equipped with Roku and streaming abilities. The dining area has a table that will seat 6, perfect for meals during those holiday get togethers at the beach. Plenty more al fresco dining space on the deck covered by beautiful, large sun umbrella for extra shade. Next is the kitchen.....Beach Waves C provides the luxury of two kitchens, one on each level of the home, both equipped with full size appliances! The top level kitchen is beautifully renovated with Corian countertops, this kitchen won't disappoint the home chef! You'll have everything you need with which to eat and drink, you will certainly enjoy dining in. Both levels feature a washer and dryer. The upper level of Beach Waves C features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms! The larger primary bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and it's own bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second primary bedroom has a cozy, queen size bed, flat screen TV and it's own bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the the way to the kids bunk room, you will pass the convenient half bathroom. From the deck, a back staircase will lead you to the fenced in back yard. Perfect for your canine friends; it even has a dog house! You'll also find more furniture with a fire pit for those cozy relaxing nights! There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

The ground level of Beach Waves C features a great 1 bedroom 1 bath downstairs unit perfect as an in law suite or for additional guests vacationing with the family who prefer convenient downstairs access. Kitchen has full size appliances for your cooking needs, no need to go upstairs for a midnight snack! There is a private bedroom with tv to relax at the end of a day at the beach. Additional sleeping is provided on the sleeper sofa. Dining inside at the small table for two!

Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. You will find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing, dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Post Office where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream! The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as a historic setting for live theatre. And, we love our festivals and special events here in Galveston! We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. . The Owner has installed exterior cameras at this home for security purposes. This provides visual and audio information to the homeowner upon entry to the property. There are no devices inside the home. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.
