Karen's Corner Cottage is the perfect summer place to kick your feet up and enjoy your time at the shore! The location is perfect! It is 2 blocks from the beautiful Avalon beach to play in the sea and sand, 2 blocks from the bay with public access for fishing and crabbing, and 1 block from the bustling downtown with restaurants, retail shops, and of course, ice cream!
The house has a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds, a dining room as well as a large outdoor dining table and chairs, a cozy screened-in front porch, an upstairs deck, a laundry room, and a new large outside shower.
Bedrooms are equipped with queen size bed downstairs, and a large bedroom with 2 twin beds and a twin over full bunkbed, enough for 5 people. Both bedrooms include room darkening curtains for a sound sleep.
You can leave your stresses behind, and relax in this adorable cottage!
Summer weekly rentals run Sunday to Sunday.

Great property in a great location!

This property was ideally situated near the other homes comprising our family reunion. Close to downtown and the beach. Owners were wonderful to work with.

Mother daughter trip to Avalon! We were looking for a weekend getaway And this was perfect. Location was fabulous. The spot was cozy and had all of the amenities we needed. We used the grill which one’s nice to eat in. The little screened in porch was a lovely treat in the morning. The host was very kind.
