This villa sits atop the Sapodilla Hills within a quiet residential area just off South Dock road east of Sapodilla Bay. It was masterly designed by the homeowner a local architect and was built to take advantage of its natural surroundings and mesmerizing sunsets amidst hilltop breezes and breathtaking views.

The elegantly styled single story gated home that is unique in the Turks and Caicos host an array of top notched furnishings and decor and was built to showcase the stunning panaromic vista beyond its hilltop location.

There was nothing spared in this luxurious design, which overlooks an infinity pool and boast of a large coral stone sun deck to soak in the TCI sun or you can just relax in the shade under the covered patio.

The large exquisite terrace has a Bose outdoor entertainment system and provides more than adequate seating for a night out in the cool Sapodilla breeze after firing up the gas Grill.

The breathtaking views can be experienced from each of the wonderfully designed bedrooms that host 8 feet high sliding glass doors along their entire western walls providing direct access to the stoned deck and views overlooking Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay areas.

A small intimate kitchen boast of modern amenities and hand crafted cabinetry. Central air conditioning is provided throughout with televisions in both bedrooms and a Bose home theatre system in the great room. Cable and wireless Internet access for your personal enjoyment and a home security system for the safety of each guest with adequate parking for 2 or more vehicles. There is also a private trail for adventure seekers that leads to the Chalk Sound shore for a day out at sea in the tandem kayaks provided on property.

Great Spot

The villa has a beautiful view of the sunset and overlooks the water. It is a short drive from one of the beaches and about a 20-minute drive from downtown. The villa is great if you are looking for a private pool and the opportunity to grill or just chill out at the house. Raquel was also amazing at giving us some good restaurant suggestions and things to do. We had an amazing time.

Our New Happy Place!!

This rental is perfection with the most amazing views and location!!! It is equipped with everything you could want from kayaks, towels, bbq tools, bath robes, beach chairs, umbrella, and fully equipped kitchen. Amazing restaurants nearby. We loved exploring all of Provo and even island hopped one day via a short flight. All of Raquel’s recommendations were on point and she was a gracious host from the minute we landed greeting us at the airport. We can’t wait to return!

Everything from the view to the very well stocked villa made this one of our best weeks in Provo. The view from the swimming pool overlooking Chalk Sound is without compare. With Sapodilla and Taylor Bay beaches within a 2 minute drive it made for perfect beach days.I am still amazed by how fast the Chalk Sound area is recovering from Irma with Villa De Clementina suffering no damage that I could see. I would not hesitate to rent this Villa again!

Couples get away

This villa checked all the boxes for us. It was located in a quiet part of Provo away from the resorts. One phone call and we were directed to the villa. We had stunning sunset views every night. When we weren’t on an excursion or enjoying the beautiful beaches the pool was very relaxing. If we didn’t want to eat out there was a grill to cook our own dinner. We even enjoyed the kayaks and snorkeling gear! Thank you Raquel and Villa de Clementina!

My husband and I stayed at Villa de Clementina recently for the second time - which should tell you how much we love this home. We couldn't have been happier. The house is clean, well equipped with everything you could need, the owners are a pleasure to work with, and the views are amazing. The area is safe with a view of the police station right across the sound. Beautiful beaches are just minutes away and the kayaks at the house for use in the sound are wonderful. The area is so peaceful and the view of Chalk Sound is hard to beat. Thanks Raquel and Anthony for another wonderful stay.

Couldn't have asked for more!

Villa De Clementina was beautiful, the sunsets from the pool patio are outstanding! We truly enjoyed all the features of the home; the pool with the great outdoor sound system, the kayak at the bottom of the trail, the barbecue grill. All the amenities we needed were provided. One of our group had an issue with a lost wallet and Anthony and Raquel went above and beyond in their efforts to assist us with finding the wallet. Sapodilla Bay is close and beautiful. We enjoyed nightly 'closers' at Las Brisas restaurant, just around the bend. We plan on coming back!

Amazing!

My wife, son, and I just got back from our stay at the Villa de Clementina (early March 2013). We have nothing but rave reviews about our stay. The house was well-equipped, had a breathtaking view, especially at sunset, was wonderfully located close to Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay, and was a very short drive (10-15 minutes) to Grace Bay beach and shops. The kayak trail was a bit hairy, especially when carrying a two-year old, but kayaking on Chalk Sound was quite peaceful. Las Brisas is a nice lunch option nearby. I highly recommend this villa with absolutely no reservations for a young family or two couples. We will be back!

Fabulous stay!

I can't say enough great things about the property AND Raquel. Let me start with Raquel--she was incredibly responsive and accommodating. From the time we booked, to the day we arrived and during our stay, she was available, answered all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The property- the location worked great for us, we rented a car and it was the perfect home base to explore the various parts of the island. What we enjoyed the most was the pool, the view and beautiful sunsets. I think it has the best view in the island. Spending time in the pool deck was the best part. The house (and beds) were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and it had everything we needed to cook our own meals.

What a View

This 2 bedroom is ideal for up to 4 people. The bedrooms each have ensuites and there is a bathroom for the living area. It's very modern and well kept. You will need a car as it is about 10 minutes from the main area of the island with the attractions and the beaches which might be the only negative to a degree. If you are staying put the view, the infinity pool as well as a large deck area and gas BBQ will make for a fun time. The management is very responsive should you have questions and you are provided with a cellphone for your time on the island. I would definitely go back

My husband and I stayed at Villa De Clementina for our first visit to TCI. The villa was well equiped with everything you could need for an enjoyable getaway. Raquel was a gracious host and was very responsive the few times we reached out to her. The property was well appointed, clean, and had the most amazing views of the sound and beautiful sunsets nightly. This villa is away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay which to us, was part of the charm. You will definatley need a car if staying at this property but nothing was more than a 20 minute drive. The only dislike was having to leave! Thank you Raquel for the use of your lovely home; we can't wait to return!

Fantastic place!

My family and I just got back from Villa De Clementina and we can't stop raving about it! The pictures don't do it justice. The views can't be beat. We travelled with a young baby and the pool was perfect - it had a shallow wading area where she could sit and play. We also used it as a great place to tan while she slept inside. There were more than enough linens and the kitchen had everything we needed. I was far too lazy to utilize the provided kayak, but my husband used it in Chalk Sound and really enjoyed it. Raquel was great to deal with - very fast with responses to any inquiries. For the cost, you can't beat this place! Make sure you check out Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay, which are both a quick drive down the road.

Fantastic Views from the back yard!

The property was in good condition with plenty of parking. The home was clean and unbelievable views of Caulk Sound Bay. The home was to have kayaks, but they were not there. Also the TVs in the bedrooms did not work (issues with the cable provider we were told). Biggest issue was the neighborhood around the home was not very clean or as nice as this home. Water pressure was a real struggle as was hot water, but the views again were terrific and you are within 15 minutes to the airport and 30 minutes or less to Grace Bay.

We loved it!

We were so excited to stay at this property but it exceeded our already high expectation! The views are beyond beautiful! The posting does not do it justice. We were happy to spend a couple of days at the house lounging in and by the pool. We had a short kayak ride and definitely recommend exploring the sound. We found the home to be appropriately stocked with the basics. The one small issue was quickly remedied. Be prepared to purchase any food/seasoning/condiments that you need. But the kitchen is perfectly supplied with dishware, cookware and glassware. There were only 4 of us, but the house could easily accommodate more. Thanks for such a great stay!

Would stay again!

We loved the Villa! There was plenty of room for our family of 3. It was nice that beach towels, chairs, umbrella, pool floats, and kayaks were provided. Raquel was super helpful in suggesting which car rental place to use and got a cake for my daughter's 16th birthday. There was a tropical storm while we were there and she was helpful in letting us know the status of the storm and to contact her if we needed anything. Unfortunately the dryer was not working and a technician needed to be called, but there was a clothes line outside for hanging stuff out to dry. The internet went out with the storm and Raquel was very proactive in trying to get service out to fix it and checked in frequently. Overall, we loved our stay, appreciated all the extras and would stay again.

This property had everything we could have asked for. We only had one concern the first day and it was fixed immediately. The owner of the Villa is amazing to deal with and responds to any questions you may have promptly. I I would highly recommend to rent a car as you are not within walking distance to restaurants at all or a grocery store. Cabs cost a fortune there is so be prepared. We had a rental for 2 weeks as I knew what to expect being where this house was located. The views are amazing from the patio and the closest beaches are within a 5 minute drive. The main road to Taylor Beach and Sapodilla Beach is not conducive to walking on South Dock Road. I would stay here again.

You won't be disappointed...

The pictures don't do this Villa justice. Upon arrival we entered through a gate to see a beautiful house on a hill. Entering the villa everything was clean and up to date. The pool overlooking Chalk Sound was absolutely gorgeous!! The pool was large and we made great use of it. We were provided a cell phone, directions to local spots, as well as brand new beach toys for my 2 children. The unit really has everything you would need. As previously stated you will definitely need a rental car as this Villa is away from the hustle and bustle of tourists...which we enjoyed. We had a couple hiccups but Mrs. Raquel was quick to address the issues. I would more than recommend this Villa and I plan on coming back in the near future.

Extremely nice

As others said, the photos don't do it justice. Very nice, pretty well kept up, and between kayaks, the Sonus stereo, etc it had everything we could ask for and more. To top it off, Raquel was extremely friendly and helpful, including meeting us at the airport. We loved eating breakfast outside by the pool, and kayaking around the sound The property would be perfect for two couples looking to share a rental. With 3 kids we had our boys share the queen bed, our daughter on the sofa/futon, and us in the king bed. If you have kids keep in mind the second bedroom is a single queen, not two twin beds or bunks, so they're going to share the bed. I personally wish the 2nd bedroom had bunk beds but hey we knew the layout when we rented and it was exactly as described.

Fabulous

Our family had a lovely stay at this villa. The home was perfect for my husband, myself, our daughter and her friend. The sound system on the pool deck and inside the home was enjoyed by all. Kitchen was very well stocked. View is fabulous and although there are homes on either side it was very private. What we greatly appreciated was the wonderful job done by Raquel and Anthony. They responded promptly to any questions I had prior to and during our stay. Then upon arriving home I realized I had left my make up bag at the villa. Anthony sent it back to me which is not an easy feat as he had to list out each item plus additional information about each item since it would be going through customs! Ugh! Thank you thank you! I will keep this villa book marked for future travels to this island and I hope to see Raquel and Anthony managing the property when I do.

Nice Villa with a great view but limited amenities

Villa de Clementina offers wonderful views of Chalk Sound and Sapodilla Bay out to the ocean. Pool/patio area is lovely. The villa is located directly overlooking Chalk Sound in the Sapodilla Bay area but not on Sapodilla Bay. Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay beaches are a short drive and Grace Bay is about 15 minutes away. Behind the villa is an industrial area including a concrete/cement plant and the South Dock shipyard which you see when entering/exiting the villa. The property manager was responsive to our maintenance issues and concerns about the construction noise (house located next door) during our stay. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio and watching the beautiful sunset each evening. The pool was very nice but needs to be cleaned every few days due to the wind in this location. A local cell phone is provided for guest use which is very helpful and you add the minutes you need for your stay. We enjoyed the villa and the great views but wish the villa was better equipped (limited number of towels, dishes/pots and pans/beach gear).

Everything We Hoped For And Better!

This was the first VRBO rental we have ever tried. The reviews in this listing were extremely helpful, and whoever said the pictures don't do the place justice was correct. Raquel met us at the airport, we got our rental, and she took us to the house. Gated entranceway, large yard, flowers - absolutely heaven. The house was spotlessly clean and it had everything a person would need. Smooth, smooth, smooth and not a worry. I am a bit of an anxious traveller, and we had read reviews that recommended people don't stay in Villas. I FELT COMPLETELY SAFE! The house had a security system, and you could see the police station across the bay. The large pool and deck (I mean large) that overlooked Chalk Sound was perfect. The house has other houses around it, but it was quiet and private. We made good use of the Kayak daily, and explored the whole sound. We rented scooters, and some of the restaurants that the folks recommended we try out, were close by. We can't thank Raquel and Anthony enough for allowing us to stay in their beautiful property. We intend to return!

Beautiful home and view: Remote and suboptimally equipped

The home was lovely: the view magnificent. We were five, including our ten year old grandson. We commonly stay in homes, but for TCI an all-inclusive resort would have been better for us. All activities involved beaches and drives. The home was isolated, which is not necessarily a negative thing, but be aware that there is no place to take a walk and the closest convenience store is several miles away. The house needed more equipment--dishes, larger coffee maker, mixing bowls, frying pans, etc.--all were barely sufficient for the five of us. I did speak with the owner about this. Also, we have, at other rental homes found some supplies--coffee filters, sugar, often spices, commonly oil and even more such as ketchup and mustard. There were none of those things here so our first shopping included an expensive provision component. Again, the house was lovely, but renters should be aware of the issues re location and supplies.
