This recently renovated and peaceful home is well equipped for a relaxing time away with family and friends in the coastal farmland setting of Little Compton.

Ideal for gathering, the home features several places to enjoy—in the family room around the wood burning fireplace, the living room with vaulted ceilings and sliding doors out to the patio, the outdoor dining area under the stars and festival lights, in the relaxing hot tub and at the lounge seating area with an outdoor fireplace and shower. The lower level has a play area with media room and ping pong table.

The main home includes three bedrooms on the second floor—a vaulted master bedroom with a king bed, walk in closets, balcony, and en suite bath, guest bedroom with a queen bed and a smaller bedroom with two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is located across the patio in the studio and has a queen bed and en suite half bath.

Connecting with Family

We had the most wonderful stay! The kitchen is stocked with high end equipment and my family and I had so much fun making meals together while listening to music through the Sonos system. We used the outdoor fireplace, hot tub, and grill and had happy gatherings playing games after dinner. The lighting in the house was beautiful and there was room for all of us to spread out and also to be together. This is a beautiful home and we made beautiful memories. We hope to come back! The host was thoughtful, kind, and available to answer our questions. Highly recommend this gorgeous property!

Amazing Home

I was looking for a home to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday. We have stayed at several other homes in this area, and they were great. However, I wanted something very special for this weekend. I had two others on my list, but I kept coming back to this one. I reached out to the host, Lauren and her kind, welcoming response made me feel confident this was the place. This home is remarkably beautiful and it was spotless. We opened the door and we said “wow!” The sun was pouring through the spectacular windows. The kitchen is luxurious and incredibly well stocked. I loved that it was open to a great living area but the dining room and “great room” as we called it were separate. Guests had so many places to go if they wanted to get away from some of our “lively” guests. And in the midst of all of the luxury, it is warm and comfortable. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were, draped in luxurious linens. The outdoor space is private and equally spectacular. I could go on and on but I hope those of you reading this, get the idea. I read in the welcome book, that the hosts are fairly new to renting their home. From someone who has rented so many homes, they were the best hosts I have ever dealt with. Thank you so much for entrusting us with your home. We can’t wait to return!
