Great value for the money—especially if you like Lost Draw Winery. The playhouse for the kids was a fun surprise. The kitchen was well stocked in terms of pots and pans. The poolhouse/game room and the pool are fantastic.
Everything was amazing. It had everything we need to make our stay a magical christmas getaway. Be prepared for some star gazing, in the hot tub. The playroom was a perfect spot to kareoke and play some pool. The kitchen was well equipped. Thank you for everything F
This was the perfect place for our family to come together - some from San Antonio, some from Austin, and others in between. The setup worked out well; there is plenty of outdoor and inside space for us to roam and still be cozy. The pool area with the game room was great. We'd stay here again.

The property was good looking but it smelled like literal poop the entire time it was a lot. The communication the entire time was a nightmare, I had multiple people messaging me back with different answers and it was extremely frustrating. Pool wasn’t preheated like we paid and asked for and something’s listed that the house had were missing.

Hi Yasmine. I was very disappointed to see this review. We didn't have any communication indicating you had a negative experience. My team went above and beyond to accommodate your group since we knew it was for your wedding.
As I detail in our listing, state in the booking email, and reminded you a few days prior we cannot heat the pool during freezing temps. The pump with not allow. Even if it did, it wouldn't be enjoyable. I let you know with the temp being 30 degrees the night prior we couldn't heat the pool, but we did heat it for the night after.
We do not have any reports of a smell in the home and our crew didn't report an issue after your stay.
For any future guest with questions or concerns, please message me. We are confident in our property and will do our best to make your stay in Johnson City as enjoyable and easy as possible.
The property filled our expected needs. It was large enough for the 12 of us to have our space. The pool was large enough that it could be enjoyed by many at same time. So why not 5 stars? Because there were details that were missing. It was obvious that they had probably had an exterminator out - Yay . But what greeted us was dead bugs and sluggish scorpions(in the hill country - you are going to have scorpions). However, a five star would have come in and spruced it up by sweeping up the dead bugs. There were only 3 pool towels - for 12 people --- luckily we brought our own. The ping pong table only had 3 paddles - so one played with a plate. The dart board did not have darts -- we brought our own. The basketball was flat -- but we brought our own. In the bathrooms there was a lack of towels, washcloths and hand towels. Luckily we brought enough beach towels that we were able to subsidize. My sister stayed in the Casita and she had to remove the cobwebs before settling in. There is a play house on the property --- it is unlocked - so thought it was there for kids to enjoy --- it was a total mess - maybe we were not suppose to use it? There were broken items throughout -- broken cue stick, broken barstools. And the pool hours -- the ones posted were different than the ones sent. Why are there pool hours? No neighbors. All of these are rather 'minor' in the overall stay. Again, it is a beautiful large property we enjoyed celebrating our 50 year ann.
