Our spaces can be rented separately or together for bachelorette or larger groups. Apt #201 Sleeps 6 or with adjacent Apt #202 up to 10!

The Space:
Brand New Rental! Beautifully designed in a 1890 Historic building.

Two bedrooms, two king memory foam beds with luxury linen bedding, queen sleeper sofa, blackout curtains, outdoor private patio, Moroccan Oil shampoo/ conditioner products, fully equipped amenities, 12ft ceilings, large windows, light and bright.
Private parking lot for the building.
Unit is located upstairs accessed though the back entrance only.

Sleeps 6.

Our spaces can be rented separately or together for bachelorette or larger groups. Apt #201 Sleeps 6 and with adjacent Apt #202 Sleeps 4 Total up to 10!

Germantown is a buzzing restaurant and bar district - walking radius from our building.
5 minute Uber ride to Broadway and 15 minutes from the Grand Ole' Opry.

Guest access:
Access to 201 is located at the REAR of the building only where our private parking lot is. The Alley is between 4th and 5th ave off of Monroe street.

Perfect place for a trip to Nashville

The rental was just as expected. It took some scheduling to utilize one bathroom for five people, but everything worked out great! Very roomy inside and the patio was perfect for relaxing on a nice day.

Perfect for a Girls Trip!

This property was so cute and spacious. There were 6 of us and we did not feel cramped at all. There is only one bathroom but the double sinks helped with that. There are several restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance that we enjoyed. The check in and out process was easy and straightforward. I would stay here again!
