About this property

Located on a quiet street, one block from the ocean on Long Sands beach. You will enjoy the sound of the waves and salty air during your stay away from home. Open concept living room, with a full kitchen and full bath. Beds include 1 Queen, 1 twin over full bunk and two full size sleeper sofas. Short walk to choice of restaurant and cafe. 2 miles away from Short Sands, Yorks Wild Kingdom and many other local venues and activities. Tennis and Pickle Ball courts 1/4 mile away. Parking spaces for two cars. Wifi, TV, USB charging ports. Board games and playing cards. Beach chairs, cart and boogie boards provided. Bed linens and towels can be requested for small additional fee.

It is just a very short walk to the ocean!

This was our first trip to York, and we were very happy with this unit and its location. The mobile home was clean and well-furnished (and the beach chairs were very much appreciated!). There were restaurants in walking distance and others were a short drive away. The beach was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

A surprisingly awesome little place!

A well kept vintage mobile home that is incredibly clean, comfortable and homey. The owner does not lie when they say it's a 5 minute to Long Sand Beach. The neighborhood that it resides in is very quiet. Also very close to conventional shopping for any necessities. Only real down side is the parking may be not for a large vehicle like a full size truck or SUV. Our Ford Flex just barely fit. Overall I'd highly recommend.
