One of our favorite places to visit and hike is Grayson Highlands and this will always be where we stay when we visit. We love camping, but having a hot shower at the end of a long day of hiking is hard to beat. The kitchenette and covered picnic table means rain doesn't ruin the evening either. We love this place. We will be back.

Everything was very clean. The kitchen was minimal but all we needed. Host contact was minimal but unnecessary for the most part. The main question I had was answered in a timely manner. I do like more personal contact, however. Location and facilities were great and very convenient with my travel plans. I would stay again.

All the comforts of home

Yes, it was a little out of the ordinary, but that's a good thing! Easiest "camping" experience you'll ever have. Your own private (new, flush) commode, kitchen, and huge shower! A/c and heat in the camper. What more could you want? Definitely an adventure in the hills of eastern Virginia.
