Visit for CU graduation

My wife and I stayed with one of our daughters as we were in town for our other daughter‘s grad school graduation from CU Boulder. The unit was immaculate, well stocked, and as advertised. Christian was easy to communicate with through text message which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely week in Boulder

This property has a wonderful kitchen and bathroom. All appliances are in good working order. Everything was very clean. There are a LOT of stairs as the townhome is three levels. That being said, there are high ceilings giving the place a very spacious feel. The bedrooms are average size. Would have liked nightstand lamps so that we could read before going to sleep. There is good storage in the closets. Wonderful full size washer & dryer. The living room has great space but the furniture (a foam sectional couch and beach chairs that sit on the floor) was very uncomfortable. The dining table and chairs were very nice. Beautiful artwork everywhere. The location is okay for walking into town. It’s actually right on the Goose Creek greenway path so it’s easy to walk to town or the grocery store. Unfortunately the view from the front is the high tension power station and the kitchen window looks out on some industrial buildings and all the air conditioning units on their roofs. But that was really the only downside to the property.

Thanks for the recommendation to get nightstand lamps! I immediately ordered some wall-mounted ones, for each side of the bed. We always love getting good ideas like that from our guests. Some of the comments about structural aspects of the townhome are baked in. We do have three incredible floors in this townhome, which does mean stairs, meaning it is not wheelchair accessible – as indicated in the posting. The fact that there is a power station and air conditioning units nearby is something most guests don't mind, since that actually helps ensure no buildings get built in those locations that would block our beautiful view to the flatirons. And thanks for the feedback about the furniture. The "beach chair" you mentioned is actually an expensive Gravity Chair, which simulates a zero-gravity experience that removes pressure from the lower back, and guests love experiencing that. To avoid future confusion, I've now added some explanatory stickers by that chair. The futon couch is something we're experimenting with after previous couches were repeatedly ruined by past guests, and other guests requested a futon-like experience – so all feedback is very welcome, and we'll keep honing in the furniture accordingly. Overall, we love hearing that you enjoyed your stay so much – you're welcome back any time!
