Located less than a 2 minute drive, or 5 minute walk, from the main resort clubhouse and water park, this extremely popular home is very well equipped as you will see. Once Upon A Dream sleeps 14 people comfortably, the bedrooms consisting of 2 King size Master bedrooms, with full en-suite facilities, 1 Queen size bedroom located on the first floor, 2 twin over full with twin trundle themed rooms and 1 twin themed room.

Family vacations are often memorable affairs and finding the right home is so important. Once Upon A dream takes much of the guesswork out of that because not only does it have almost everything you might be looking for, it comes at an extremely affordable price given all that if offers.

The main features of this wonderful home include a spacious kitchen, open living room, a games room with pool, shuffleboard and game console station, and a very spacious second sitting area which also houses the main dining area with seating for 8. There is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

We like our guests to feel that any home they reserve with us is actually their home too, a home away from home, and this villa certainly feels that way. The main living area boasts mahogany furniture and a 55 inch flat screen television, along with an upgraded cable service that allows you to connect effortlessly to your Netflix account if you choose to. Watching a family movie here is so easy given the 2812 sq ft of living space that the home offers.

Right next to the main living area is a Queen bedroom, and next to that is a full bathroom. This has been one of the most popular features of this floor plan especially for those guests that have difficulty negotiating stairs. The full size washer and dryer are on the first floor too, as is the second sitting area which has additional seating for up to 6 people, and the main dining area. Please note too that in the kitchen area there is an additional breakfast table that seats a further 4 people, just proving yet again the room available for the whole family.

*Once Upon A Dream Villa also has high speed wireless internet access as well, which is offered complimentary to all our guests.

After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with ample seating for 6, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal.

On the second floor there are a further 5 bedrooms, including the 2 King Master suites, a beautifully themed twin room, and 2 bunk bed rooms, each set of bunk beds featuring a Full size lower bed. These bedrooms have been professionally designed and decorated, and are quite stunning to see. The twin room has a Frozen theme, while one of the bunk beds is themed with Avengers, the other one entitled 'Surfs Up'. These bedrooms are sure to be a big hit with all members of the family, and do elevate this home in to the luxury category.

All the bedrooms have flat screen TV's too, and upgraded cable packages. Note too that all towels and linens are provided for your stay.

A patio door from the living area leads onto a large patio furnished with loungers, tables and chairs, and facing South East, you can enjoy the setting sun well into the late afternoon from here, perhaps even enjoy a traditional family BBQ as you plan your next adventure!. This relaxed setting also houses the pool and spa.

*Please note that as with most vacation homes there is an extra charge to heat the pool and hot tub. Ordering in advance means it will be turned on for your arrival and get your vacation off to a great start.

As if all that isn't enough, another great feature of this fabulous villa, and one that all guests really seem to enjoy, is the games room which is located in the garage. In here, you can enjoy the shuffleboard table, and take advantage of the pool table too, or play video games on the large wall mounted flatscreen TV.

Windsor Hills Resort

Windsor Hills is a beautiful, family-friendly, gated resort community in Kissimmee, Florida (south of Orlando). Situated only two miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, it’s located within easy reach of most of Orlando's top attractions. The Windsor Hills villas each have private, screened-in pools in addition to the fabulous community pool and kids’ water park. This secure, 24/7 guarded community has everything and more for your family vacation.

Some of Windsor Hills’ notable features include a luxurious zero-entry pool, water park with fountains and water slides, a hot tub/spa, and a toddler splash pad. There are plenty of recreational areas, including tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts for everyone. There’s even a putting green! All Windsor Hills vacation rentals are located less than 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, just one mile from the attraction-packed Highway 192, less than a mile from a Walmart Supercenter and gas station, about 2.5 miles from I-4, and 10 minutes from Celebration, the community designed and built by Disney. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

Universal Orlando Resort is about 21 minutes away, and Sea World about 19 minutes, traffic permitting. Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral is just over an hour away. In the other direction, Clearwater Beach is about an hour and a half drive.

There are several golf courses within easy reach, including Mystic Dunes, a 72-par public course designed by Champions Tour Player and NBC Golf Analyst Gary Koch. It’s literally a five minute walk away. Legends course at Orange Lake (5 minute drive) and the beautiful course at Celebration (15 minute drive) are also nearby.

* We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.

*Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 3-5 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, directions, and internet password for the property.

* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, toilet tissue, shampoo, detergent and dishwasher tablets, but guests are expected to replenish them during their stay.
