STEPS from the sand! Make memories at this expansive 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom seaside escape! This beautifully outfitted condo will instantly transport you to island time with everything you need to relax by the ocean.

Take advantage of all that St. Augustine has to offer with the Fort, trolley tours, amazing restaurants and charming boutiques.

Endless family activities include the Alligator Farm, Miniature golf, Marineland, Fort Matanzas, Historic St. Augustine, and more! When you stay at Seaside Fun and Sun, not only are you within steps of Crescent Beach, but there is also a lovely pool with surrounding pool deck and grills should you choose to stay on property and relax for the day!

This is truly the perfect spot for doing it all…or nothing.

The living space:
Primary bedroom has select comfort king size bed with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The Master bed has remote operated massage features. The second bedroom has two twin beds with large closet. The third upstairs bedroom has a king bed, large closet and remote controlled lights and ceiling fan. A full bathroom is in the hallway. There is another .5 bathroom downstairs near the living room/kitchen area. Big screen tv's with wifi are in every room of the town house. Full kitchen, full dining room and attached spacious living room. Two lovely outdoor balconies overlook lush gardens where you can enjoy your morning coffee or have a cocktail or glass of wine as you watch the sunset.
