Wonderful Choice

The property is beautiful and we liked the location. The only negative is the pool was under construction. There's another one about a half mile walk away. Also, it's hard to find a parking space if you come back to the condo after 9 pm. I'm sure we were there at a busy time though. The condo itself is very clean and has a lot of room.

Beautiful Accommodations

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. My only criticism is the mattresses. They are old box spring mattresses and need to be replaced. People sleeping in each of the bedrooms complained about them being squeaky and uncomfortable.

Spacious condo in a great location.

We went to Orlando as a family to visit the theme parks. The location was perfect, convenient located 15 minutes or so from Disney, universal, etc. and about 8 minutes from Sea World. The place was clean and comfortable! We will be back

Great spacious and clean condo!

This is our second trip to Vista Cay with my daughter’s dance studio for the Dance Awards nationals. We decided to book through a private rental this stay and it was great! Very spacious, clean and it had all the items we needed to cook and prepare food. Beds were comfy (pillows a bit hard for our taste) and having all of the space here was key! The owners were attentive and prompt with replies to all questions. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Location

Perfect location for our daughters basketball tournament at the convention center! All parks easy to get to from this location. Publix store very close as well. Very clean/spacious condo with an awesome lake view off the back porch. Every morning we enjoyed having our coffee out there. And bonus- fireworks visible at night. Just a five minute walk to the pool was also nice! There were many appliances/utensils/plates/cups/glasses/mugs/bowls etc. available to use. Would pick this condo to stay at again!

Excellent Property

Outstanding unit to stay in. I have stayed in several Vista Cay units and this is the nicest, cleanest unit I have stayed in. Consideration of your needs including shampoo and soap, not found in many vista cay units. The only thing lacking was towels. There were 6 of us, but only 3 towels for the pool area. Oh well, we used other towels. I would definitely stay at this unit again!

Big and Beautiful

We stayed in this apartment for 7 days- 5 adults. There was plenty of room and the big balcony was wonderful at the end of the day. We also got to enjoy the pool and the facilities-all were excellent. But definitely the most outstanding part was the apartment. Very spacious and had everything we needed (included very comfortable beds for all of us-we all had a good nights sleep.) The couches and furniture were also comfortable and the appliances were top-notched. If we were ever in Orlando again I would certainly attempt to book this place!!!!

Small, but clean.

Great location. Fairly clean, but could use some updates. Larger, more comfortable bed would help, although not sure there is room in the tiny bedroom. Dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes very well, so we hand washed first. A vacuum would be nice so sand that gets tracked in from the beach could be cleaned. Didn’t interact with manager after we checked in because we didn’t need anything. Enjoyed our stay.

Best Rental by far!!!

We travel often for business and stay at many Airbnb/Vrbo properties. This 3 bedroom 2 bath unit was gorgeous and by far our favorite. Super clean, beautifully decorated, kitchen stocked with dishes and cooking supplies so we were able to make many meals. The beds were extremely comfortable. It is on the second floor but there is an elevator so it was no issue. There is a large balcony that is private which made for a super relaxing evening with a glass of wine. It is right across the street from the convention center which was huge for us being as we were staying here to exhibit at the trade show that was there. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Spring Break

Great location, amenities as described, larger than we thought it would be. Great to be able to spread out. Master bed needs to replaced as it’s very squeaky and not comfortable, this walls as could hear the neighbors upstairs walking and running. The stove is electric and could not read any settings on cook top. Made it difficult to cook.

Beautiful property!!

Beautiful condo with very comfortable beds and nice kitchen with many dishes etc. very comfy living room furniture. Has some issues with the TVs, but they were quick to respond to at least get a maintenance order. Master bath was amazing, loved the extra long vanity with mirrors for all my girls to get ready at once. The large tub was nice along with the very nice shower with the removable shower head. The balcony would have been very peaceful to use if we would have had more time. We hope to come back next year and we definitely recommend. The only thing I could suggest is maybe directions for the different remotes to avoid confusion. Great place!!

Family Attending funeral

There was a problem with the reservation. Apparently I missed an email to finalize the process for the registration. After a while I was able to connect with the property manager and she was extremely helpful and understanding and finalized the registration and access to the property. I was able to settle in and get the arriving family member at different times to settle in. The access to the airport was outstanding. The process went smoothly. The property manager went beyond her obligations and made our stay special.

The condo is perfectly located to visit all parks in the Orlando area. Directions to the condo were clear and easy to follow. The condo was clean and was well represented by the photos. Only a couple of issues that we did not have time to report while we were there. Only the master bedroom TV was working, the living room and guest room TV did not work. There must have been six light bulbs burned out, not a big deal but noticeable. Cookwear in the kitchen is really poor, nearly unusable. Nice condo, enjoyed our stay.

Close to all in Orlando

This property was extremely spacious and had all the necessities to enjoy an Orlando vacation. The trail is a great way to get out and about in the morning and the balcony with the seating was a nice add-on to enjoy. The Kitchen was up to date and nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. The overall unit and common areas were clean, and on a few occasions, the cleaning crews were out taking care of the common areas, doors, etc. Parking and access are easy and as the title of the review says, close to all - you are never more than 15min away from an attraction or theme park The only downside was the beds were a bit squeaky. Not the end of the world, but that would be the only area for improvement on what is a fantastic unit.

Beautiful and spotless property

Our favorite place to stay for volleyball at the convention center. This place is beautiful and spacious and the beds are comfy. My only complaint and I had troubles with tv’s last year as well. There are multiple remotes for the living room tv with no instructions. Previous guests must have unplugged cord something and did not plug in. It took forever to get it right. Tv in the master bedroom never did work other than to turn on. 2nd bedroom tv was unplugged behind a large dresser so I did not try to move. It was just really disappointing with the tv’s as we just wanted to relax and watch some tv. We were gone most of the time so it was fine but I still give 5 star even without the tvs. Must stay for families who want a little space!

Nice property

We stayed here for about 11 days. Convenient to convention center and parks. Nice balcony overlooking lake. The home is a bit dated and probably needs some updating, but is comfortable nonetheless. Stupid thing, but in the guest bathroom the sink has damage that looks as if someone tried to fill with putty(?) and the toilet seat is the wrong size. Not a problem really but just thought to mention. As expected, it is a bring your own amenities, but they do start you off with a few items (dishwasher pod, clothes washer pod, one roll of TP for each bathroom, a garbage bag). So be prepared to bring necessary items with you (think tissues, extension cords for charging purposes and corkscrew!)There are enough towels for two…but if you have a bigger group, think about bringing some from home. All in all a nice place to stay!
